That's an easy fix: hit the buffets.I'm too afraid to order online, as it seems no matter what I'm always in between sizes.

This is sort of along the lines of Ford/Chevy some people have great luck with one and not the other, comes down to luck and care
haha... That may be my problem! That's an easy fix: hit the buffets.
Is it bad I've never washed my sleeves?
I air them out after I use them and keep dryer sheets in them (I do this with my squat and deadlift shoes as well). If you don't mind the smell hahaha![]()

I just threw up a little....I went too many sessions without washing those Rehband briefs. I realized it was bad when I still had sweat in them from a week prior.
Trick I picked up while I was fighting. I would put 2-3 sheets in them after sparring because those things would get funky. Like sweaty stripper funky.Dang that's actually smart. I'm too lazy so I just toss them in my bag so they start to smell bad quick.
I have a pair of Titan's that are still holding strong after about a year or so.
I like it
Hey guys, keep me in your thoughts for the next couple days. I had a little stroke on the way home from hanging w justin yesterday. On top of that, going to be walking out with a diabetes dx too
Txs guy, oh, and Ativan - ask for it by name!
pullin for ya napalm! Feel better, bud!Hey guys, keep me in your thoughts for the next couple days. I had a little stroke on the way home from hanging w justin yesterday. On top of that, going to be walking out with a diabetes dx too Txs guy, oh, and Ativan - ask for it by name!
Holy ****. Sorry to hear, man.
Yup, right around Toledo I started talking incoherently. The wife got me to pull over and I almost crashed. She thought I was hypoglycemic - I didn't eat but half my sandwich and that was it. So she gave me a protein bar to get my sugar up. Well it did, to 317, so hypo wasn't the problem. Called my doc, he said go in and yeah, mini stroke and now diabetes... I'll kick diabetes ass and a mini stroke? Pfft, it's gonna take more than that...
Hope u make a speed recovery napalm
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that man. A friend of mine had a the same kind of stroke recently, he's doing OK now so I'd bet you will be alright.
Txs jimbo, the neurologist is coming in tomorrow to go over the ct results w me. Tbh, I'm more worried about the diabetes.. It killed my grandfather and literally ate my cousin. Kid started losing toes, then feet, then btk amputation, then above the knee. Took both kidneys and all of his fingers before he died.
On the same floor I'm on now..
My dad was a diabetic, insulin dependent. I'm not sure if that's what kind you have, but he was always OK. Just had to make sure to carry candy on him.
Yeah, I prolly won't find out those details until tomorrow. Fasting glucose on the morning, that'll give an indication of what I'm in for. Now that we have that out if the way, where's this vid of Sean on espn?
Dude no one tapes stuff anymore! haha or at least I don't know how to. On duty here. It was me sittin off the beach in the boat and probably only shown for 10 seconds for some ALS thing. Get better though man. Was worried second your daughter responded and not you.
Thanks RobbieDamn Napalm, get better! You are a tough son of a shut yo mouth so I have faith. In Napalm we trust!
Thanks Robbie
Hyde if you get back into benching by shirting up for floor presses, you're gonna have a bad time. Trust me when I say you won't be too far from where you left off if you rest it for a month. Now is a good time to go hard and heavy on overhead work. That always helps with the raw bench.
So you're saying it's better to not bench at all than floor/board press in a shirt as an accessory on pressing (now OHP) days?
I will most definitely prioritize OHP, prob strict barbell one day and maybe seated db or barbell another, but you think half-benching is a bigger drawback than no benching? I'll trust your experience here, I just wanna be clear what your advice is.
Seems like a slingshot or similar device would be better than a shirt for working through an injury, or even doubling a band and making a ghetto slanger.
Or just let the irritation pass and heal
Thanks Robbie
