This morning was a struggle for me not going to sugar coat it. It was my own fault trying to go off of just 5 hours of sleep but none the less my workout was complete. The energy and motivation wasn't there but I kept focus and hammered it out. Pump was awesome on arms once I got to the hammer curls. Struggled on legs today thanks to some DOMS from Wednesday but hey it's one of those I think I love this feeling! Still noticing the increased sweat from start to finish of workout. Going to hit cardio first thing in the am, and do my first weigh in after. I've been averaging between 2-3lbs a week lost pre Ep1c so I expect around the same being my diet has been spot on. Which will change once I start my new routine Monday with an increase in carbs because this stuff makes you hungry lol. My weight can vary within a 10lb range depending on my carbs I'm eating which is why I choose the same day and time of every week. And tomorrow night, we feast on pizza like kings!
