This morning was a struggle for me not going to sugar coat it. It was my own fault trying to go off of just 5 hours of sleep but none the less my workout was complete. The energy and motivation wasn't there but I kept focus and hammered it out. Pump was awesome on arms once I got to the hammer curls. Struggled on legs today thanks to some DOMS from Wednesday but hey it's one of those I think I love this feeling! Still noticing the increased sweat from start to finish of workout. Going to hit cardio first thing in the am, and do my first weigh in after. I've been averaging between 2-3lbs a week lost pre Ep1c so I expect around the same being my diet has been spot on. Which will change once I start my new routine Monday with an increase in carbs because this stuff makes you hungry lol. My weight can vary within a 10lb range depending on my carbs I'm eating which is why I choose the same day and time of every week. And tomorrow night, we feast on pizza like kings!
 
Doing my first weigh in tomorrow so i'll be able to update you on any weight changes then. Keep in mind I'm eating for recomp so gaining weight isn't my goal. I have certainly noticed strength and more impressively endurance strength over my coarse on TD Ep1c.

Oh ok, can't wait till its for sale!

Went with the same dose of a full pump of the TD Ep1c as I did Monday. And gentlemen I have found the sweet spot for me! Rubbed it on about an hour preworkout, ate my preworkout meal, took some og conqu3r on my drive to the gym and it was on. The weights are feeling lighter, the endurance is getting out of this world. I only have an 1 1/2 hours to spend in the gym before work but I get that feeling of wanting to stay for more like 3 hours. The sweating is certainly more intense then pre Ep1c. Also need to note the pumps I'm getting, my quads and shoulders were taxed today in the best way. I've noticed the past couple days a euphoria feeling after applying and it usually last all day with a slight fade. I didn't note that at first to see if it was placebo but being it's lasted the last 4 days or say I think it deserves notice.

After this week I'm changing my routine to lifting 6 days a week and hitting each body part 2 times a week. I feel like only lifting 3 is a waste of this so far amazing product. Will update my routine once I'm done writing it.

Was excited to start my new routine this morning and was up at 5am like a kid on Christmas day! Sticking with the same protocol I've been doing, preworkout protein shake, 1 full pump of Ep1c and my preworkout on the drive to the gym. Serious pump in the chest today, hitting incline first really did some work on me. Combining chest with shoulders has always been one of my favorite splits. Was able to get my workout in under 1.5 hours even with the added cardio at the end. Endurance was on point as usual and most rest in between sets was in the 30-45sec range. TD Ep1c definitely gives you that push and makes your rest period much shorter. Going to have to add in some rest pause sets at the end at some point to really polish everything off.

It's been an awesome run for me so far and it truly does allow you to push yourself in every aspect of training. Rest times seem more of an option then a requirement with Ep1c. The TD and oral version paired will be a guaranteed win!

The pump on arm and back day was real! Starting to notice a whole lot more fullness the past couple days and a constant all day pump as well. I'm seriously going to be depressed when I run out of this stuff. Endurance is still threw the roof my training partner was hating it but man was I loving it!

Ah man I despise leg day with a passion. But it has to be done bottom line lol. Just don't get motivated for it like other days, especially when squats are involved. My screws in my knee do hold me back but form is getting there. Use to be **** after rep 5 but things are tightening up nicely. Noticing some very nice DOMS on legs especially with Ep1c. Usually only lasting 24 hours after so i definitely feel like there's some enhanced recovery added. The amount of perspiration is getting insane and I'm having to switch out gym towels half way threw my workout. Still loving the progress I'm making and I'm only 15 days in on this.
 
the logs on this stuff are impressive. just put it on my list of things to try!!!

Ep1c didn't disappoint me yet again! Felt good to hit chest and shoulders for a 2nd time this week and really push myself. Doms in the legs were real today from yesterdays workout. However those feelings took a back seat once I got done with the triset of my shoulder split. I worked out at 6am and I'm STILL feeling it at 4pm. Intense doesn't fit it well enough for the DOMS and pump that I've had today. Weight is getting lighter and pumps are only getting better. I won't be able to get in anything but a 30 minute cardio session since I have to be at work earlier. So unfortunately my 2nd leg day will be skipped this week and I'll do back/arms Saturday am. Hell, maybe if time permits I'll just do both workouts Saturday we'll see. Gives me an excuse to eat pizza Friday night because you know, carbs and science..
 
Yeah, pizza Friday turns into gains Saturday. And if you're doing a double session, twice as much pizza must be eaten. Science

Workouts went great both Saturday and this morning. Weigh in was Saturday and I'm down another 2lbs. Makes no sense being im feeling stronger and bigger then I was 20 days ago that I started Ep1c. The pumps from this stuff never fails me. It use to be so difficult to really hit my rear delts enough that it had DOMS, not with this stuff. Can't wait until this stuff is released for order so I can keep going with it. I'm thinking I may buy some of the oral version just to compare for myself.

I was doing Triceps Pushdowns and since I was using the stack, a member supposedly went up to one of the employees to tell them I was making them uncomfortable. The manager came up to me and asked me to leave because I was making the members uncomfortable by using too much weight...

Back day has always been my favorite, with arms added and Ep1c I've fallen in love with it more. The pumps continue to be intense throughout the session. I didn't do rack pulls and added in seated hammer curls for the hell of it.

I had to modify today's workout because my gym opened an hour later and I had to be at work by 8. So I went for volume and speed work with the deadlifts with minimal rest in between, I think about 30sec on average. Added in more quad/hamstring work with supersetting some calf raises and I was out of there. Ep1c really helped push with the short rest periods and the intensity I needed for each lift. Sweating was at an all time high today! Little bumed this morning when I realized I only have a couple applications left to run. Going to make the most of it though!

Olympus needs to put this stuff on market now so I can get my fix!

The holiday schedule at my gym messed up my routine something bad this week. Really want to join a 24 hour gym but with the discount I get it just wouldn't make sense financially. Hope everyone had a good holiday and got their inner fat kid on, I know I did!

Sadly my run of TD Ep1c was done this past weekend but I loved this stuff! The most noticeable effects was the increase pump, increased recovery, awesome doms fullness of muscles, intensity/endurance added to my workout, strength increase, and recomp effects. Even while being in a slight caloric deficit I gained strength, especially when it came to my volume. I dosed 1 pump about 45 minutes preworkout to get the effects I described. Application was always smooth and dried by the time I needed to put a shirt on. I always applied on upper traps, upper chest, and occasionally the forearms. I will not be doing a final weight check being that it wouldn't be fair to Olympus or anyone interested on weight loss effects being the amount of food I consumed Christmas eve/day lol. I did drop 4 pounds during my run before the holiday. This product could be utilized either for bulk or cut and results would depend upon diet goals of course.

Olympus labs has a winner on their hands with this product and the delivery system its going to utilize with EP1C in TD version. Any questions about my experiences you can go ahead and ask away I'm an open book. I will be running Ostar1ne by Olympus Labs for the next 8 weeks at 20mg/ed utilizing Lyle Mcodonald's PSMF at the very least for 2 weeks and possibly up to 6 with a switch over to his UD 2.0 I'll link that log to this one as soon as I get it set up for anyone interested in following along!
