I personally haven't tried them but as you can see they're pretty reputable. haha
5th day on ArA and only thing I can say is:

I am taking with Vaskular. It has HydraVask glycerol. Been using it many weeks before ArA and i had gooood pumps. But after adding ArA i have Deep and strong Pumps and amazing musclefull ess

my bad. soy lecithin granules. yea I take it PreWO but if I can snack on it throughout the day, even better. how many times a day would you think can one take it?PA or soy lecithin granules? soy lecithin granules contain other beneficial phospholipids so yes. I know people who dose it pre and post workout. That worked best. Personaly i am taking just pre workout

its a nutty flavor so I don't mind it. it's a little heavy chewing it though. I take 2 tbsp preWO.Honestly its difficult to say , but if i were you i would take a solid dose pre and post workout.Do you like the taste so much ?
