Yes...
Works great for box squats and allows me to really just focus on the hammies/glutes and then it's just as easy to focus on more quad work by just messing with the handles some.

That is a nice setup .... I used to have the full cage and all the cool accessories but had to sell it about 3 yrs ago during a very messy divorce. Slowly building it all back up again. Got 325lbs of Olympic weight and an oly bar and and oly bench right now. 6 dumbbells ... 30,45,50. bare essentials at the moment but working to get it back. Also have no space for my home gym where I live now .... had a nice empty garage for the setup before the divorce. But not letting anything stop me from training 4-5 days a week ;)
 
Time is wasting away... Get in now to get that waist down!
 
Yeah the reason for the home gym is to remove all excuses to not lift, and it just gives me more time to do other things since it takes no travel time.
 
Criagslist is the best place to find good local deals.
I picked up most my stuff used and only have about 2k total in my whole setup.

I'm going to build my own power rack with lat pull in the next few months

I'll do the noodz as well, just not now as I just finished eating from the potluck. And I did it immediately after a workout so I may or may not have eaten my weight in weenies wrapped in bacon.
