No clue on arm size. I'm more excited about the Delt/pec development and my lats getting some more width :)
 
You had such a good v taper before it is hard to notice the extra width in this picture, but yeah you are right your arms used to overshadow your delts and now they are all pretty symmetrical. Good job, how are the medial aka side delts looking? Need a side chest or something in a tank to see the pecs more.

Oh definitely but he had pretty damn good pecs before so I want to see them displayed more. Not sure if you were following during his competition log portion but his chest already looked like a shelf in his side chest and biceps shot.

Lol I'll see if I can't get some side chest pics next session :) I've been working the medial heads a LOT. Should pay off.

Incline db fly/press (focused on a deep stretch with more of a fly movement then pressing)

Bb bench (rest pause 10 seconds)

Neutral grip hammer press ss stretch pushups

Pec deck (deep stretch then on contraction I pushed my hands slightly forward to really contract the Pec)

Today I did arms

Lots of curls and lots of triceps pump work nothing worth putting down.

I've FINALLY got most of my exercises down to where I can really FEEL the mind muscle connection. This is something I've been working on extensively this off season and I think it's finally all clicked over the last few weeks.

I'm not using as much weight as I had been but the aftermath of the lifts doesn't seem like it lol. Cramping up and actually sore again. Back is still hit or miss but it's getting better too.

On the Yates rows I find that keeping stable without shaking is the toughest part for me. Locking into position and holding it gases me pretty good.

Yesterday I did hamstrings and a little tricep work

Seated leg curl

Sumo squat on Smith

Db leg curl on decline bench

Single leg lunges on squat machine

Finished with some tricep pushdown and extensions and skull crushers. High rep to get blood in em.
