Awesome thank you. I think I will dose the Reduce in the morning an at bed. 2 caps each. I workout around 5:30pm so will probably skip the PWO. Order is shipped, excited to start both.

Sweet man! Though I wouldn't go above 3caps/day (2/1 dosing)...controlling cortisol, good...crushing it, not so good :)

I typically take 50g of Karbolyn as part of my Pre/Intra/Post drink along with creatine, EAA's (1/3 before, 1/3 during, 1/3 after)

What's my better timing option:
A) Karbolyn drink 30mins prior and ARA after first set.
B) ARA 30/45mins prior and Karbolyn after first set.

I wouldn't sweat it too much given exercise suppresses insulin secretion and elevated insulin levels are what we're trying to avoid with ArA (as I'm sure you know given the nature of your post).

Other supplements I will be taking are, LGI cycle support, glucosamine, creatine, multivitamin, and milk thistle (all not long after I wake up). Will take my fish oils later in the day.

Run it for 50 days. best way to take it with you schedule would be to dose after your warmup set(s). you want to be as close to fasted as possible, or having begun your workout to ensure it goes to teh muscles.

Interesting. So not PWO like 30 min prior? More like at the beginning of the workout.

You only need to dose during warm up sets if you say take an intra drink and/or recently just ate. Not that huge of a deal, just be sure to get the ArA in close to the workout.

50 days use is the way to go. Dose roughly 30 mins pre workout. :D

Your pre meal will leave plenty of time before the gym. You could dose X-Gels with your pre-workout and be good.

Thanks, so the two tubs will last me 12 weeks taking them 4 days a week. Is it better to do it this way or take them everyday for 50 consecutive days?

better to take on workout days only. no real reason to take it on off days so long as you're working out enough days/week (which 4 is)
 
Alright i have a question, say you lift 5 days a week, would it be better to dose all 5 days or dose 4 days a week so that the ara will be in your system longer?

Dose pre-workout each day. That's how I'd do it. What are you going with for a serving size?

You should be good with 1.5 grams for XFA.

Smart call, X-Factor is VERY effective during pct. Given the nature of the people who follow Bill Llewellyn's work such as his Anabolics book and column, we have a ton of PH/AAS users who swear by X-Factor for retaining, and even building upon their new gains.

I would like to add Recompadrol+Na-R-Ala and Forskolin95, adding also some carbs ti my diet plan. What do you think about it? Too much? Dosage?

I'd add only ABE, Recompadrol only with cheat meal if your goal is GAIN

Nothing wrong with adding those.

Na-RALA: 300mg prior to carb meal in the morning. You can add another 300mg later if you want, but not needed.

Forskolin: start at 25-50mg to access tolerance and work your way up.

Doesn't the berberine diminish forskolin's impact on cAMP?

That is what the literature says. There was discussion in another thread about the two and the interactions.

Abe has enough foskolin and is a decent gda. Supposing your diet is clean and if your goal is gain, Abe is all you want (anabolic-gda-lean mass). I'd add recompadrol only when your meals are not so clean when Abe is not enought.

yes but you forget the reason you use it

If taking it on empty then don't take with berberine

= I always take forskolin with my thermos = on an empty stomach = not taking berberine (AP)
 
Increased insulin activity negates ara? Just curious as im going to start an eaa/ hbcd intra/post regime
 
Great thread. For some honest feedback, our guys cycle ARA off and on. It has always seemed to be extremely effective when it comes to GH related gains.

diets been slacking lmao but still hitting my marks in carbs and fat

But take in so many aminos I hit enough protein (I know what most will say but it works for me)

Body weight in protein from solid food and maybe shakes then I hit aminos like its no ones business

7PM = 1g ArA+25g forskolin
7:30 PM = workout
9 PM: 20 min pre-dinner (largest meal with 120g carbs): 300mg Na-R-Ala
Pre-bed: 25 mg forskolin (after 1/2 weeks of assestment).

Other supps: 1gAgmatine+5g creatine postwo, 5g leucine postwo,1g Agmatine+2g lclt+5gms prewo with ArA, 5000ui d3.

You cutting? Recomping or bulking?

1 cap for up to 120 carbs for recompadrol
 
Should I utilize a gda with my 50g of karbolyn preWO EBF?
 
Will be finally starting X Gels tomorrow. Was just wondering if there is a particular diet or macros plan that they work the best with. (i.e. high carbs, high pro, etc.).
