Day 33 Recap:
Chest, Front/Side Delts (Push) Day. WOW, incline presses are feeling light and that’s why I went as low as I did in reps. I never go that low in reps, but I just HAD to test out my strength, LOL.
Push Session:
A. Incline DB Press: 10 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 8, 10, 12, 20
B1. Hammer Strength Incline Press: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ triple drop set on last set
B2. Slight Incline DB Fly: 4 sets of 12,10, 8, 6
C. Hammer Strength Flat Press: 4 sets of 12,10, 8, 6 w/ triple drop set on last set
D. John Meadows' Scrape the Rack Press: 10 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 8, 10, 12, 20
E. Standing DB Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ triple drop set on last set
F. Lateral Raise to Front Raise: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8
