Left elbow and left wrist seem to be a little sore from lifting the heavier dumbbells. Nothing major, just... different lolThat was one heck of a workout!!! What kind of weird pains?
All good info! I should have mentioned earlier, I am taking MSM,Glucosamine,conhondriotin, as well as 1000mg fish oil. All joints are good except the left wrist and elbow..Usually a ph will dry joints out quickly man. Try and sup with msm and fish oil. Also curcumin ( turmeric) helps with inflammation. I try and get 300 mg of fish oil if taking orals. Ostraine art low dose while running a ph helps with joints an tendons, Just my personal experience.

Natadrol is pretty goodGood job man. Get a good test booster to run in pct. Something like viron. Quickest your natural levels bounce back the easier to solidify gains long term.
Oh hell ya. Had no issues with that!!I plan on this cycle in the new year and am tickled pink what I am seeing here. It appears that M1D is good for avoiding any lethargy from the 1-andro.

So I am at another question with dosing. According to the bottle I am to take form xt 3x a day. According to the chart it's 2x a day. Does it matter?

HOLY S***!! Started with giant ropes, then kettlebells. Let me tell you people, this was a whole new level of hurt! I can't believe how beat up I am from a 15, 10lbs and 35lb kettlebell!!!
Yeah it was and it wasn't. I was put through a boot camp type workout that our college level trainer teaches. He is insane.Awesome work on the pull ups!! The kettle bell work sounds fun!!
