For the peeps that ran hard and mass, how did you dose? It days 3 tabs am and pm, 1 every hour with meals but I don't eat every hour and workout at noon.

Suggestions? Can I take all 3 at one time pre workout?

Its optimal to spread them out but you can take them 3 at time if you need. The only down side i seen from taking more then a few at a time ever was a headache from taking 5 at once.
