Gyno/Estrogen Rebound?

I finished up my cycle of solo cycle of EPI for 6 weeks and finished that about 10 weeks ago. Did my PCT with Nolva 20/20/10/10 along with Sup3r PCT and DAA. Everything finished up fine. Kept a lot of my gains. Had blood work taken after and everything came back good. Now last night before I go to bed I notice my left nipple has a little lump under it and it's pretty sensitive. So I woke up this morning Took 10mg of Nolva and 3mg of DAA... I don't want to take any chances.. Should I get an AI to help block the estrogen or just take Nolva until the lump/sensitivity goes down? Any recommendations will be appreciated.
 
If there is a lump nolva probably won't help. Get some ralox and run it at 60mg until it goes away. Or letro until it goes away. Or be super paranoid and run both like I did lol

Did your's go away with that? I just can't believe it literally showed up out of no where. I'm taking the Novla right now at 20mg and what I'm looking is that's basically the same as Ralox? But I don't want to mess around with this, surgery is not something I would want to do to remove it.

I got to order the ralox, I have about a 4 week supply of Nolva at 20mg a day. So i'm going to keep on that until then. Would you recommend anything else DAA, an AI?
 
Yes it did. Ralox is better than Nolva for getting rid of gyno. Nolva won't get rid of gyno, but if you get itchy nips nolva is fine for combating that (before it turns into actualy gyno).

Run this:

Ralox for 3 months or until it's gone
Letro: .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 and this dose until it's gone then run for a few more days then ramp back down.
