is creatinine good to take wall injecting Test cyp

IF so what's a good amount for training purposes!

Yes, creatine year-round.

Dosing advice will vary per individual, but as little as 3G per lifting day will assist you.

Creatinine is a waste product. Creatine is what you'd want to use. Creatine will have almost no effect while on cycle. It's like you want to use fingernail clippers at the same time as using a chainsaw to cut something. Why bother with the fingernail clippers?

5 grams twice a day

No. That is about triple the amount needed. Once saturated, the average user will need only around 3g dosed 4-5 times per week. If not saturated you could use 5g or so daily for 2-3 weeks.

Didn't know if that would help to build muscle with the test . Iv heard it makes you hold water in the muscles to get more rip to ( gain )mass faster & recovery . So I'm just putting it out there to hear your thoughts??

It will have infinitesimal effects compared to AAS. It does not directly effect muscle gain. It does not effect recovery.

I'm nervous that someone using AAS is asking such elementary questions.

The only dumb question is the one not asked ! My test inj is to get me up to a normal T level not to abuse....the indo keeps a eye on my blood work. It's all legal . I'm trying to get benefits where I can. Without test cyp my T was 40 total. Base line right now is 240 on the day of my next shot. So I'm probably not going any higher then 700 guessing... Don't really know! But 240 is the bottom. See why I'm asking if anything else would help or just be a waste of money

It's good to list things like "i'm on trt" with your opening post :p Helps us give you better feedback.

Even on a TRT dose creatine wouldn't do much. However, you can buy 6 months worth of creatine for like 15 bucks so in that sense, it's a good deal. SNS sells bulk monohydrate at around that price. What are your goals right now?

I bought a kilo for like $15 and I'm still using it a year later. It's cheaper than dirt. Might be the brand you're saying.

Creatine also has an ass-load of other benefits besides increased strength and muscle mass. No reason not to take it.
Like what? I thought the only thing it did was allow for an extra phosphate to be converted from ADP into ATP to help with recovery between sets.

Read up on it,
It has benefits for a wide array if health markers including cognitive benefits as well. JISSN has countless articles covering its benefits.

As was said I see no reason to not use it year round

creatinine is what the body breaks down, you mean creatine. Take 2-5g ed pretty much year round IMO.
