5 grams twice a day
Didn't know if that would help to build muscle with the test . Iv heard it makes you hold water in the muscles to get more rip to ( gain )mass faster & recovery . So I'm just putting it out there to hear your thoughts??
I bought a kilo for like $15 and I'm still using it a year later. It's cheaper than dirt. Might be the brand you're saying. It's good to list things like "i'm on trt" with your opening postHelps us give you better feedback. Even on a TRT dose creatine wouldn't do much. However, you can buy 6 months worth of creatine for like 15 bucks so in that sense, it's a good deal. SNS sells bulk monohydrate at around that price. What are your goals right now?
Like what? I thought the only thing it did was allow for an extra phosphate to be converted from ADP into ATP to help with recovery between sets.Creatine also has an ass-load of other benefits besides increased strength and muscle mass. No reason not to take it.
