Menace Nutrition, Growth Factor (Ara, I3C, Agma, Armi) log

I'm a little confused, are you saying you need to add ArA on top of growth factor?

I was just trying to find out what the best dosing is for this product. It looks like a good product, but is it going to outperform taking 1g ArA a day for 50 workout days, thats what im trying to gauge :)

Don't know I'll let u know my opinion when I'm done, u don't need to add Ara on top but you certainly could
 
i had a monster leg session which resulted in DOMS for 3 days, so sore, havent lifted over the holiday hoping to get in tom, missed a day last week:

Leg session looked like this:

All the machines were taken lol so i started with walking lunges forward with 60 # dbs in each hand

5 sets by guessing 80 ft

4 sets of lunges but to the side x 80 feet

step ups 50# dbs
explosive
4 x 10

explosive ham culrs
3 sets x 10

explosive knee ext
3 sets x 10


hams and glutes toast!!!!

Alright so I am up to 2 doses on workout days, 1 dose on non workout days

I a up 2 pounds at this point from the beginning of the log, and thats an actual two pounds not just water, I was actually up about 5 pounds with some water weight

My workout was straight repetition method, no series this session: overall felt good, I dont use straps btw because if its too heavy for me to grip then its probably too heavy for me period

Are you experiencing any 3D effects? I remember the first time I ran arim (4-5 weeks @ 75mg), I could not stop flexing/miring anytime a saw a mirror lol I had a crazy "3D muscle effect" going on I was absolutely in love with

Nice gains, 2lbs of lean mass already is quite impressive.

Tighter= skin like yoga pants all over your body lulz and pumps!

dosing everyday continues to tighten you up for sure

everyday dosing report:

1st week: Libido shot through the roof, this is no joke. Monster increase

2nd week: Libido has stabilized, right around baseline, still slightly above original starting point

Dosing preworkout OR prior to bed. Wake up tighter for sure. Skin pulled in def water weight dropped. No increase/decrease in mood.
No joint issues, strength has been good. if anything joints feel better. No knee issues etc

Workouts this week:

leg press: 7 plates each side

Front Squat:

Step ups with 50# Dbs x 10 reps x 3 sets

Lunges: 50# dbs
x 10

Leg curls leg extensions supersetted high reps to finish off

4 sets x 8 reps x 85# db

Tighter is what a lot of ppl are saying! Great to hear. Also good to hear its not effecting your joints. Keep up the good work!
 
Good sesh brah, seems like the arimistane is really kicking in well now

def is, tightening up esp in the mornings

Update; increased DOMs with working out, Ara ughhhh!

increased vascularity as well probably as I dropped some water/bloat from reduced cortisol but idk

Switched blocks this week in training, now with emphasis on short rest periods: kicked my butt pretty much

Average rest 30 seconds between sets

Shoulders
lateral raise; 40 x 8

Barbell Shrugs superset with ab roller

All the abs in between sets pretty much toasted me, felt good to push the lungs a little bit

Not holding much water at all, libido has come back down to earth a little bit
Overall training is going well

Alright, here is how I feel about menace nutrition Growth Factor:

Great supplement for trying to get ready for summer
Noticeable reductions in water weight, reduction in fat mass, to me appears related to reduced cortisol levels which has been confirmed in other armistane logs i have seen
Good for the lean, hard look

Ratings: fat loss/hardening effect : solid 8.5/10 very good here as you can see from above
strength gains: 6/10 honestly wasn't pushing it here so like they say, its me honey not you
Recomp: 8/10 great product for a recomp

Things that could be improved:
Already discussed but Ara could be upped a little bit but not the end of the world


Really thats about the only thing I could think of, great product in regards to recomping your body.
