Post count isn't an issue. We're simply looking at previous posts, looking into personality types etc. It has nothing to do with politics haha. We're trying to put together a big, strong, dynamic team with different personalities and strengths. Like I said before in regards to length of time. We received a few last minute email apps that lengthened the process. We have a good idea of who we're bringing on at this point. Currently, we're putting together compensation packages etc and getting all the details ironed out. We're looking at having a large team, we had to restructure a few things here and there to prepare. Thanks for letting us know you're bowing out brother! And like you said good luck to the other apps!

Wow that got crazy quick!!!! Guys I've been part of the picking a rep process and it's a lot of work to do it right.. Like he said you need to look at all aspects of a person that is going to be a voice of and represent a company.. Take all time time u need as u can see the rotten apples will start to stink eventually..

Guys as far as I'm concerned take all the time needed lots of things to take into account for the job. what works for one part of the job might not work for the other part.It's you all's company and you all want what's the best for everybody !! That take's time
 
I can send my application in privately right? My story is definetly not what most(probably anyone here ) of us here are accustomed too but I have some serious passion for this life. I posted under wideguy for a good decade, stopped posting anywhere life for in the way but an opportunity like this could be a chance for me to get back in the game and even surpass my previous best.

as good of a reason as i have heard....fighting fires/saving lives/property v posting on a forum....duh!!!!

I told you guys post count didn't matter. We're not going to obsess over things like that. We took a diverse group here to develop the most well rounded team we could from the wealth of amazing apps we had.
