Yesterday was Day 1 of MI40. Not thinking I did the whole dang workout wrong. I did NOS (drop sets) on every set instead of just the last one. This workout was supposed to take about an hour, but instead took just short of 2 hrs and I didn't get to the ham exercises. Oh well, my back is feeling it today!! Straight Arm Pulldown 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Reverse Grip Pulldown 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Bent Barbell Row 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo One-Arm Dumbbell 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo Hyper Extensions - with bodyweight 4x8 + NOS, 40 sec rest, 4010 tempo I've been upping my food intake this week trying to put on some pounds, but still eating clean. I want to gain a little more mass than I've put on this run. Hopefully, I can gain 5 more lbs before this is over without gaining any more BF. I think I have a good shot with more food and MI40!
