Well, that ends my week of intro to MI40. Next week I'm starting the actual program! I'm thinking in 40 days or so, I should be getting a call from the Avengers...

Thanks! I did kind of a "warm-up" to it this week by stealing a few of MrKleens workouts. But I'll start the program in full Monday! I can't wait!

It's on brother! I'm just a week ahead of you! There's many exercises that he has on different days that I can't do because of lack of equipment, so I have to do the same exercises on each day.

from experience on running MI40 and MI40x, save your money and just buy MI40x. It's totally superior to the original version

Tbh I'm not sure what one is even showing up..
My boy burned me a copy of it and just sent it off to me to check out.. I'm just anxious to see what it's all about..
 
Alright, the Epi/Tren combo is really starting to kick in. I am jonesing for a workout!! Even as sore as I was Friday after that chest shredder, the soreness is almost gone and I'm ready to hit it again. My decision on Msten vs. Epi? Msten's alright, Epi ROCKS!!

I've been eating like a horse (especially with all the Thanksgiving parties I've been going to) and I'm not gaining any weight. I've been trying to push over 400 cal's per day in a 60/30/20 p/c/f ratio. But nothing is sticking. Friday I ate until I was at 209.5 before I went to bed and Saturday morning I was back down to 205. What the heck!! So, I ate good again Saturday and I was down to 203 this morning. So, I hit the local buffet and pigged out at lunch. I'm estimating about 3500 cal's just in that one meal. So, we'll see what happens tomorrow morning. Body fat is staying a little under 13% so far. Hopefully it's just the old body getting ready for some major GAINZ!
 
Since we are running a similiar stack, I was curious as to what your Epi and Tren dosages are now. I tried finding it, but can't locate it.

Thanks so much man! I'm not following the eating much either. I'm going to keep sort of a bulking diet for a while to solidify my gains. After thanksgiving I'll change to a carb back loading, but keep my calories high.

Love carb backloading bro. It's the only diet/nutrition protocol that I've been following for atleast 3 yrs. now. I stay fairly lean all year round and make nice and steady gains
 
CBL does look pretty cool. I wouldn't have to feel guilty if I ate a little dessert. I've never tried it before. Have you?

I've been following the carb backloading diet protocol for the past 3 years now. I would never revert back to any other type of diet. Keeps me fairly lean all year round
 
Pretty sure he's at 60mg on Epi and 150mg for Tren..

Unless he upped the Epi also..

Goliath! You're the man! You're right, my friend 60 and 150. However, I've been feeling a few sides lately, so, of they get any worse, I may cut back to 120 on tren.
 
What gives Epi the advantage over Msten for you?

I think the overall feeling of Epi is better. When on Epi, I can't wait to get to the gym. Msten didn't do that for me. It also seems like recovery is better on Epi.

Back it off if need be, I'd rather have a more enjoyable run.. The gains are nice but if I have to feel like crap the whole time, I'll back it off..

Yeah. Nothing is worse than getting back swells at work where I have to deal with customers and can sometimes be stuck behind a desk for hours. I'm going to try dropping the tren back down and see how it goes. ..

I hate Back Pumps... I'm surprised I haven't gotten any yet, they always kick my a$$ from start to finish.. I've been drinking 1.5-2 gallons a water a day though so it's helping..

Yea man, drop it down and ride it out, I would..
No shame in that, your running quite a few compounds back to back..

This back is definitely tore up. I'm glad the epi's working though or I'd be in some serious pain! Did chest and bi's this morning. I'll post it up later today. Pretty brutal!

I've got chest and biceps tonight! I'm going to start pushing the limits and go heavier and heavier on chest. I feel good about all the other workouts, maybe it's just mental, going from 355 down to like 185 on MI40.
 
Sorry I haven't updated in a bit. I came down with the flu a couple days before thanksgiving and was out of town all weekend. I did make all my workouts, but at reduced weights (feeling a little weak from the bug). I'll start getting everything logged again today. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and a wonderful weekend!

Working out with the stomach bug? you are a better man than I. When I got that flue I was a baby laying in bed all day splitting time between sleeping and shating. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving brother

You KNOW I ate for Thanksgiving! I was trying to clear 10000 cals, but my stomach wasn't up to the challenge. Wednesday was the worst day of the flu, so I was still a bit tender Thursday and Friday.

I hope you put a hurt on some grub too, McCrew!

Pretty great workout. These workouts are definitely NOT 40 minutes. It's more like 1 hr 20 mins. And it gets to be a bit grueling near the end. Definitely feel it the next day though. If MI40 doesn't make you sore, you're not doing it right.

Incline DB Curl was brutal!! I was dying with 25s! Lol! This workout made me hurt bad. Then it made me feel so sore I went to Arby's for lunch and ate a Meat Mountain combo meal!! I needed that. 1,000,000 cal's or not!

Heck yeah, Tyga! I'm doing the original one, but MrKleen says the new one (MI40X) is even better. Really it's just doing negatives with a drop set of negatives at the end, but it definitely gets the job done.

I haven't seen my daughter in a month or so and I went to see them last weekend. My son-in law told me, "Man, you're getting big!" Made me feel pretty good!!

Oh you know I did I smoked a turkey a ham a brisket and some spare ribs I also made mashed potato’s green bean casserole sweet potato casserole stuffing pumpkin pie and peach cobbler with home made whipped cream plus giblet gravy
