Good morning! Last day of work for the week! Woohoo! We had crab cakes for dinner last night! Haven't made them at home in forever! It was quite yummy!! Also made bread for the dressing with enough left over dough for 2 pans of rolls and an extra loaf of bread!! Wow, did it make a ton or what? Next time, I may cut the recipe in half! Lol Luckily, it's a fairly healthy recipe.
Went for conditioning this morning! My lower back and calves cramped up pretty bad! Not at the same time though, thankfully! Lol Overall, a nice quick way to burn almost 600 calories! (Missed having my hr monitor)
