Assisted for the last 2 reps on 315...

He also gave me a light boost on 365... He said he didn't, but he did, that MF... Lol JK

365 is my PR by the way, that's how I know he gave me a boost, I'm not quite there yet..

Ha Ha... Bro, I'm still waiting for my MI40..
My boy sent it, but it never came so he sent it again..

I kind of said F the B.S, I'm just going to Up my Volume and start adding plates.. I gotta get my strength back up.. Iron & Volume, I'm going to hit 400 within the next 45 days...

I would like my Deads to be at 500, that's a stretch though with these back pumps, and my Squats back up in the 400"s which is possible..

Those are the goals, This is my Log... Lol
 
I have mixed emotions, one minute I want to ditch MI40 and work heavy and high volume, then I think I will just stick with and keep going as heavy as I can on MI40 and get stronger with it. I just can't push near the #'s on MI40. Like the other day doing bench MI40 style, I could only do 205, so it makes me want to say f... this and go back to my style. However, if I keep pushing it hard and the #'s keep going up, I'll be much better off.

Yea, if it's going to give you better results or its better long term, than stick with it.. I may give it a shot, maybe not...
 
That's why I'm rotating weeks right now. One moderate week then one heavy week and just keep repeating. I continue to see gains. It's old school but h*ll I'm old. lol

That sounds good, I may do that after I finish the MI40 program.

T-Bar Row 3 plates x 5 sets ( T-Bar Bench Thing )
H.S Rows x 5 sets
Naut. 1 Arm Rows x 5 sets
Concentration Curls x 5 sets

All 3 Racks were taken so kind of pissed me off..
I hate when people use the racks for stupid ****..
Squats or Deads only MF"s lol Or BB Rows I'm okay with lol

Was going to do Deadlifts but I wanna crank them out tommorow with Squats again..
Compound day only tommorow, Squats, Deads, Dips, BB Curls etc

Agreed bro. I love my volume, but you still need to add in some heavy compound movements to build and maintain the foundation you've built

He's mid-cycle, so I wouldn't THINK he'd be drinking. But, maybe one of his drunk friends got ahold of his phone.

Well, he was poopooing on some of the OL guys and I think admin likes to protect some of their paying sponsors. Or I assume they are paying sponsors. I think one of their reps is an admin rep too. Seems I saw that, maybe I'm wrong...

I saw that but it wasn't anything crazy.... The only thing I could figure was there was some pms involved.... That would be my best guess. Why wouldn't admin comment.... I've seen them before when guys get banned

Sorry. I tried removing my post after reading further into the discussion. I didn't have any ill intent. Just from what I read, it seemed like people were taking it in good humor. But you're right, I definitely could be wrong.
 
Admin, I think we're just all a little surprised at how he acted. He's always been a great contributor to many discussions here and offered a lot of good help. I don't think any of us have any ill feelings toward AM or you as an admin. Just out of curiosity, is it once banned always banned? Or is there a chance to make amends?

Then here is a bit of advice....when you question my integrity at banning someone...and link that to some sort of financial incentive for doing it....its quite insulting...its not a way to run a forum...and if I did that, this forum would have died long ago.


....and the rep he insulted...was banned before.....So the irony is quite amusing.

I understand. I didn't tie those 2 together. I was tying together that we thought a OL rep was a board admin. Which could be wrong, we just thought we saw that. I was thinking maybe he banned him to protect the thread. But, we hadn't gotten that far into the discussion for me to bring that up.

Thanks for clarifying some things though and definitely nipping some rumors at the bud. And I think you answered my second question with your statement on the irony of the situation! And you're right, that is definitely amusing!!

BTW, thanks for running a great board. You've got a good group of guys/gals on here. I'm sure it's probably a lot more work than you anticipated when you set it up. Thanks for sticking with it!
 
Irony lol.. We all goof up at times, as I will eventually. I have read the rules and try to follow them, but at times it can be difficult to post depending on how you look at rules.

AM reps have zero powers. They are not mods. They can't edit, ban, delete, anything....their job is to help new members with general type questions...nothing company related at all. I pay them to help new members. That it. They have the same powers on this board as you do.
