Day 18:

Day 18! Holy crap I was feeling pumped up today! This stuff is hitting me perfectly now! I had such a high intensity that I decided to change things up and do some high intensity stuff

Squat: 135/20 155/15 185/15 225/10 275/5
Prowler: 10 hundred yard sprints
Box jumps: 50, alternating one at at a time with my lifting partner!
Free lunges: 25 yards at a time for four.
Calf raises: 135: 25 25 25
 
Day 21:

Day 23: I cant believe that I am hitting the final stretch with these awesome products! I am compiling information for a major review in the end. I also will create a juxtaposition to my one week review to give advice on what to do with these products when you first start them, to help with the learning curve!

Day 25: Back to normal leg day. It felt good to change it up for a day, but back to the grind! Slow, nice progress. What I live for.

Just when I was thinking that those squats were crazy high volume, you turn around pop out some impressive heavy squats.

Day 26: Run day!

A conditioning test
Starts off with a full football field. 30 seconds down, 30 seconds back. Then 29 seconds down, and 31 seconds back. All the way down till 20 seconds down and 40 seconds back. It may sound easy, but its not. Trust me...

Day 31! Happy Thanksgiving guys!

I woke up early before the festivities and went on a three mile run around the lake. It was a little bit cold, but its good for the lungs! Its good to be home for a few days! Be safe today guys on your travels!

Day 32:

Last day at home! I went out early in the morning and took the kayak out around the lake! Kills the delts and arms! Its good to be home, but I can't wait to get home and go back to the gym!!!!
 
Day 35: I am so conflicted right now! I love all the progress I have seen with these two stellar products. The first thirty days with this stack was insane! The last ten so far with just Stimul8 has been awesome as well! Be exited for my final reviews! If I am not an outlier, people will be in lines for these products!

Day 37:
Lab went late so I had to push deadlift day till tomorrow! It sucks my final dayd on stimul8 is being moved about! I went for a two mile run! Did my ab set 3 times and 8 minutes worth of planks! Plus it helped me study for my Calc 2 final!!

Final Reciew of Stimul8

Stimul8

1) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood...
I give it overall a 9.5/10! It is one of the best source of energy I have ever received from a preworkout! Not once did it not hit me enough or too much! The ratio is easy to find, tastes amazing, and makes ripping through an hour or so workout as easy as possible!


2) This product helped me power through my training sessions...

As I said above, and before! This stuff is so good! I give it a 9.5 out of 10 in the gym! I also want to give a big shout for how postively it impacted me running and doing cardio. It gets a solid 10/10 from that situation. This product is great for a gym worker, a runner, or someone that trains both.


3) This product enhanced my mental focus...
10/10! As as student dual majoring in biochemistry and math. I need something that can hit me well in the gym, and in the class room! This stuff keeps me focused in the gym, and in the studyroom! I finished my finals like a boss, and I have to give some of it towards the nice, clean energy from stimul8

4) This product had great thermogenic effects.

I really did not notice this all too much. I give it a 6/10. I wasn't looking for a thermogenic effects, so it was not too bad of an issue for me.

5) This product rocked my world...


I say this is one of the best product I ever had! I love the pump, the clean energy, the no crash! I will definitely use this product again.

6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...

I have been talking about this product to almost anyone that can listen! I recommend it also for anyone reading this that wants a great preworkout!

1) This product enhanced my recovery...

10/10! Well done guys! Soreness and stiffness was almost completely gone after the first week of using it! This stuff is great! I coupled this with fishoils! My muscles, joints, and all around felt great!

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions..

10/10! For sure it has!! I am hitting gains in almost all of my lifts and exercises

3) This product kept me hydrated...

??/10 I am not sure how this impacted my hydration. I already naturally drink a lot of water, so I did experience a change of hydration in a postively or negatively manor

4) This product tasted great...


Taste is a big thing for me. I can not power through a bad tasting supplement! So good thing I actually looked forward toward this flavor! 11/10 guys! I actually may start drinking this just for pure enjoyment.

5) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...
