Yup i bought 2 in the span of one year.
man that is breaking the bank.

I am sure you blew away 20$ far worse than something you would enjoy, being i do love me some ice cream.
Rather buy something of quality for 20$, then see someone burn 20$ a week in cigs, or 40$ a week in booze.

Besides groceries, and gas, and bills per week i do not buy anything else. You never find me stopping at starbucks daily for coffee, or heading to a conveience store picking up extra drinks or this and that on a daily basis which could add up. I invest and save my money very wise and why i have 4 bank accounts as well most of them collecting interest and also my retirement fund which is what i have invested in the stock market right now for the future just making bank and splitting shares so i never have to worry about anything when it is all said and done.

amen to this. I'm the same. Supps, gym, bills, gas, food are my only real expenses as well. Well, the gf is expensive but that's a choice ha. That's how I had 2 cars and my own house at 24. Def better to manage your money and have it when you need it then blow it senselessly.

Blows my mind most of the students i teach that spend their paycheck in a few hours or a day, brb do not get paid for another 2 weeks and have no money.
Try to teach them about investing or managing their money is a lost art.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you do work to have the ability to spend money on the things you like/enjoy. Unless your jobs don't pay well, I don't see any reason not buying things you enjoy and there's nothing wrong with that.

Everyone goes about things differently though obviously.

Yup
I rather spend my money or invest it well, then blow it on drugs or useless things, especially having it incase i ever do need it for future things.
Say you blow a tire in your car, that can add up
problems with a car = can add up
extra money for gifts around holidays = Adds up
Car payments, bills, mortgage, loans etc... all those are a part of life.. better to have the money and pay em off sooner instead of worrying about interest.
 
In other news, can't wait for some nasty leg pumps tomorrow provided via High Volume.

my mom is 53 and still doesn't get it. Broke as a joke but spends every paycheck before she has it. I don't get it ha.

My High Volume might be with me later today.

I feel like a kid at Christmas lol.

After reading this I do feel dumb. I have actually been saving since graduating since students t loans really build up after a while. Need to pinch every penny and Bob has helped me with that. Sucks to have to live with the parents buts its l I got now. Always looking to make more just hard.

Living with parents wasn't exciting but it was amazing for my bank accounts lol.

Started working on the railroads here at 17 and banked every penny. Paid for my university without any loans. Put me in a much better starting position afterwards, my friends are still paying off loans.
Take advantage of time rent-free. Bank as much as you can.

Its the plan for now. Hard to bank money when you job is starting to lay people off for the season

I think it is my favourite fruit flavour PES product ever.

Better than Alphamine and Amino IV.

Agreed. And that's saying a lot with the amount of love I have for Watermelon Amino IV.
 
I dont know if like every other product it just doesn't seem to affect me, but I get zero pump from High Volume :(. I've tried one scoop, two scoops, empty stomach, with food, nothing has given me a pump.

Heamavol didnt give me a pump either, nor did permaswole. Am I just a non responder to nitrates?

Something is odd there.
It is unlikely to be a non responder to nitrates, citrulline, and agmatine

Could be your diet or workout methods

Sufficient carbs? Enough workout intensity but not overtrained (depleted) ?

I workout pretty intense, everything is 3 sets of 10 reps, heavy weight.

Diet is fine, I hit all my macros
 
Per day how much do you drink? Need to be well-hydrated before your preworkout ritual
