I like to pound the weights, feel the burn an go eat a massive meal.. This is my hobby and what I like to do, so I'm happy with it..
I love food. It is definitely my favorite hobby. I pretty much work out just so I can eat more and not feel guilty. Lol. I try to eat healthy things, I just like to eat a LOT of them. Besides, I have 2 teenage boys. I have to still show them how it's done, right?

If your feeling fine and dandy, I'd bump that Tren up.. I haven't ran Tren period yet, but everyone I know who has ran it, say a minimum of 120 for decent results.. Idk..
I'm pretty sure I ran Epi up to 50mg but it was way back so I can't say for sure.. But if your feeling good, bump it on up..
Just keep an eye on things and keep the H2O high..

Like Tonight, Right now, I'm making Fish & Rice & Veggies for tommorow and these girls are in here baking cookies and brownies before I head off to the gym.. Knowing damn well I'm going to come home hungry!! Lol
See id go the opposite route and bump the tren to 150mg and keep the epi where it's at.
Ok. It's Thursday, so no workout today. I did up my tren dose one pill, so now I'm at 150/day. We'll see how it goes.
Great work! That sounds like a good time there!Shoulders day! Hit it pretty good this morning and bumped up some weights. Supersets - 10 sets rope face pull Lat raise Bumped weight up to 70 on all 10 sets of face pulls. These things lit me up. I'm loving the growth back there though. I kept lat raises at 25 lb dumbells. By about set 8, these things start to kill. I was looking for a bucket of ice water to try and stick my shoulders in. Kept breaks between supersets at 90 secs. Finished with 25 Arnold presses. This crud just doesn't work when your rear and mid delta are no longer functional. It's actually quite comical especially considering I was only using 25 lb dbs! I threw in a set of 30 db shrugs with 80lb dbs just to make sure I didn't have anything left. Wound it down with 20 mins of cardio and headed off to work. Felt good today. I think the extra tren is helping!

Recovery time is always a huge plus, I ran Epi way back in the day, never Msten so I can't compare, but good to know..

Deadlift 7,7,14,21 4-0-1-0 Tempo <- I only did 135 on the set of 21s, but that slow tempo was killing me! It felt like it took 15 minutes to do these!

Machine Row 4x12 4-0-1-2 Tempo <- Man these were brutal!! I couldn't hardly hold on to the handle during these. Killed my forearms and my back.

I'm liking this MI40 thing. Definitely is hitting muscles in a different way and causing me all sorts of pain! If I don't grow off of this, there's something wrong with me. I took 2 scoops of PES HV before this workout and my back got so pumped I felt like I was having back swells! Gotta love it!
Hell yeah!! I have been taking bits and pieces from his workouts as well. The 4-0-1-0 deadlifts killed my back last week...in a good way. My lats and traps were sore along with lower and middle back.
Man I couldn't even do the deadlifts the other day! My back was hurting so bad from the bent over rows! These workouts are great!I did it this morning and still feel like I just set the barbell down on those dead's. I've been walking around trying to keep my back stretched all day. Lol!

Leg Curls 4-0-1-0 7x7 Superset DB Squats - DB front 4-0-1-0 7,7,14,14 DB Squats - DB Hips 4-0-1-0 7,7,14,14 Roman Chair Hyper 4-0-1-0 7,14,7,14 Superset Romanian DL 4-0-1-0 4x21 Cable Step Up 4-0-1-0 4x21 I've never done step ups before. I hate 'em. Lol. This workout had me feeling like I wanted to be run over by a truck all day. I'm still hurting this morning, so, luckily, I'm glad I don't work out on Thursdays.

After thanksgiving I'll change to a carb back loading, but keep my calories high.You're lookin' great, BTW! You got some great gains off that run. Now with MI40, you should be able to keep them and shred them, if MI40 doesn't shred you. Lol!! I'm going to start the actual program next week. I probably won't start the diet until the week after next. I'm gonna get my grub on for Thanksgiving!!

No I was doing kind of a low carb week then refuel on Sunday's kind of thing, but I think my body got used to it and it didn't seem to effective other than it's easier to stay at lower calories for a long period of time. But I was at 2250 cals for 8 mos, this bulk seemed to boost my metabolism.CBL does look pretty cool. I wouldn't have to feel guilty if I ate a little dessert. I've never tried it before. Have you?
