Blowing It UP with Msten, Epi and Tren

Yea, I hear ya there..

For me, dieting makes lifting stressful lol
I like to pound the weights, feel the burn an go eat a massive meal.. This is my hobby and what I like to do, so I'm happy with it..

I love food. It is definitely my favorite hobby. I pretty much work out just so I can eat more and not feel guilty. Lol. I try to eat healthy things, I just like to eat a LOT of them. Besides, I have 2 teenage boys. I have to still show them how it's done, right?
 
Question for all you's who knows more than me's: I'm currently taking 120 of Tren and 60 of Epi. I was thinking about upping the dose on one of these. Any suggestions? I've been feeling great and have very little sides (none if I drink enough water).

Oh man, I bet. I'm so glad I have boys. All they want is meat. If I had girls around baking, I'd be at 300lbs in no time! It's hard to say no to fresh baked goodies. And impossible if it's your daughters baking them!

If your feeling fine and dandy, I'd bump that Tren up.. I haven't ran Tren period yet, but everyone I know who has ran it, say a minimum of 120 for decent results.. Idk..

I'm pretty sure I ran Epi up to 50mg but it was way back so I can't say for sure.. But if your feeling good, bump it on up..

Just keep an eye on things and keep the H2O high..

I'm kind of leaning toward bumping Epi. It seems to help me melt off the fat.
 
I have seen people run epi upwards of 90mg but being that tren in non methylated I would bump that one up. Plus epi dries my joints out something fierce which can make it hard to train.

Like Tonight, Right now, I'm making Fish & Rice & Veggies for tommorow and these girls are in here baking cookies and brownies before I head off to the gym.. Knowing damn well I'm going to come home hungry!! Lol

See id go the opposite route and bump the tren to 150mg and keep the epi where it's at.

Ok. It's Thursday, so no workout today. I did up my tren dose one pill, so now I'm at 150/day. We'll see how it goes.
 
Shoulders day! Hit it pretty good this morning and bumped up some weights.

Supersets - 10 sets
rope face pull
Lat raise

Bumped weight up to 70 on all 10 sets of face pulls. These things lit me up. I'm loving the growth back there though.

I kept lat raises at 25 lb dumbells. By about set 8, these things start to kill. I was looking for a bucket of ice water to try and stick my shoulders in.

Kept breaks between supersets at 90 secs.

Finished with 25 Arnold presses. This crud just doesn't work when your rear and mid delta are no longer functional. It's actually quite comical especially considering I was only using 25 lb dbs!

I threw in a set of 30 db shrugs with 80lb dbs just to make sure I didn't have anything left.

Wound it down with 20 mins of cardio and headed off to work. Felt good today. I think the extra tren is helping!

It's especially fun when you can't pick your towel up high enough to reach the shower or get your razor to your face! Nothing like a good shoulder workout to make you feel helpless!

Sorry, Goliath1!! Had a very busy weekend and didn't get to post. I think the recovery is getting much better on Epi than it was on msten. After that brutal workout Friday, the burn didn't go away for about 2 hours, so I thought I'd be sore as heck Saturday. But, I was only mildly muscle sore and definitely still joint sore. McCrew530 suggested I try Cissus for my joints, but that stuff really doesn't burn well and tastes awful! Ruined a couple zig zags even trying to roll the stuff... Maybe I'll try mixing it with water and drinking it... hmmm.

Anyway, I'm definitely loving this stack. Since I bumped to 150 on the Tren, I'm starting to feel a little bit of sides, but nothing too bad. I'm still undecided on whether I like Tren or Stano better. But I definitely like the Epi better than the msten.

This has been a fun ride and I'm definitely growing. I probably should post an updated picture so you guys can tell me if I've made any noticeable progress. If I get a chance in the next couple of days I'll do that.

Recovery time is always a huge plus, I ran Epi way back in the day, never Msten so I can't compare, but good to know..
 
Work has been busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. So, my diet is getting all messed up. But, I borrowed one of Kleen's workouts today:

Superset 1 (3 Sets)
Rvse Grip Chin Up 3 reps 4-0-1-0 tempo
Decline DB Bench 8 reps 4-0-1-0 tempo, 65lb dbs
Superset 2 (4 Sets)
DB Incline Curls 8 Alt, db held flexed, 4-0-1-0 tempo, 35lb dbs
DB Incline Bench 8 4-0-1-0 tempo I was supposed to add x reps to these, but forgot, 55lb dbs
Superset 3 (3 Sets)
Concentration Curl 8 4-0-1-0 tempo, 45lb dbs
Cable Cross Over 15 High and bring down, 4-0-1-0 tempo, 40lbs ea side
Superset 4 (4 Sets)
Seated DB OH press 15 1 set @ 45lb, 3 sets @ 35lb
Seated DB Lat Raise 12+5X X Reps, 25lb dbs

This was a brutal workout. I loved it! All the volume I've been doing definitely helped with this workout. I'll definitely be bumping the weight on a lot of these exercises next week! This workout actually seemed to get my shoulders more than anything. Another day of trying to shave with a shaky hand that you can't get to your face.

Machine Row 4x12 4-0-1-2 Tempo <- Man these were brutal!! I couldn't hardly hold on to the handle during these. Killed my forearms and my back.

I'm liking this MI40 thing. Definitely is hitting muscles in a different way and causing me all sorts of pain! If I don't grow off of this, there's something wrong with me. I took 2 scoops of PES HV before this workout and my back got so pumped I felt like I was having back swells! Gotta love it!

Hell yeah!! I have been taking bits and pieces from his workouts as well. The 4-0-1-0 deadlifts killed my back last week...in a good way. My lats and traps were sore along with lower and middle back.

I did it this morning and still feel like I just set the barbell down on those dead's. I've been walking around trying to keep my back stretched all day. Lol!

Man I couldn't even do the deadlifts the other day! My back was hurting so bad from the bent over rows! These workouts are great!

You're lookin' great, BTW! You got some great gains off that run. Now with MI40, you should be able to keep them and shred them, if MI40 doesn't shred you. Lol!! I'm going to start the actual program next week. I probably won't start the diet until the week after next. I'm gonna get my grub on for Thanksgiving!!

Thanks so much man! I'm not following the eating much either. I'm going to keep sort of a bulking diet for a while to solidify my gains. After thanksgiving I'll change to a carb back loading, but keep my calories high.

CBL does look pretty cool. I wouldn't have to feel guilty if I ate a little dessert. I've never tried it before. Have you?

No I was doing kind of a low carb week then refuel on Sunday's kind of thing, but I think my body got used to it and it didn't seem to effective other than it's easier to stay at lower calories for a long period of time. But I was at 2250 cals for 8 mos, this bulk seemed to boost my metabolism.
 
Yeah, I've kinda noticed that myself. If I cut the cal's too long, my body adapts and I stop losing fat. Hopefully, CBL will fix that.

Lying Cable Front Raise 4-0-1-2 3x10 -- This superset was CRAP! My shoulders were ON FIRE! I couldn't keep form on the last set of lat raises.
Cable Lat Raise 4-0-1-0 3x15 -- Sloppy and painful!!
BB Preacher Curl 4-0-1-0 6x10 -- My forearms were cramping by this time and really played havoc with my concentration. I got these done,
-- but they weren't very pretty!!

This workout at first glance didn't seem so bad. But the negatives are killer! This sucker took me about 1 1/4 hrs to complete. I'm feeling the effects though!! It's growing time!! My chest kept trying to cramp up on me all day and my shoulders burned for about 4 hours afterwards. Definitely got my moneys worth outta my gym membership today!
 
Well, that ends my week of intro to MI40. Next week I'm starting the actual program! I'm thinking in 40 days or so, I should be getting a call from the Avengers...
