They have made their way to there Mothers... if you 'my story' that is the worse thing that can happen as she is just a nightmare. But ya I think they are hoping I will say come home, we'll try the dog. But now we are talking 3 days of missed school for her, 3 days of missed college for him, and I am just getting pissed off now. My daughter has to work Friday back here in Toronto - if she hasnt come home before then - I will be waiting when she gets off work and this game will be over for her anyway.

Good session, legs were pretty sore this morning - but the run did them some good.

My stepson did something similar when he was 14. He found out the grass was greener at our house lol. Kids eventually try this when they don't get their way. Stick to your guns here and don't give in. It's like playing chess now, but you own all the pieces!!

Morning started with a 5km run. Legs were sore and screaming the whole way... tomorrow will rest the wheels (actually full rest day planned)

Well this morning there were some very light flurries while I was running ( was -2c). Someone did say it was snowing earlier though but nothing on the ground. Thank god, too early for that crap! What about in your neck of the woulds, Rome?

Got home from work, and right to the garage to do my back workout. I know I said I wasn't sure if I would or not, but felt the need to bust it out.

Nicely done! Tweaked back or obliques? I feel them sometimes in my obliques if I end up twisting on the heavier sets(that's when I know I'm done).
I gotta start doing those smith rows...

Nicely done! Tweaked back or obliques? I feel them sometimes in my obliques if I end up twisting on the heavier sets(that's when I know I'm done).
I gotta start doing those smith rows...

Lower back.. seems to be really easy to tweak it. But today all is good.

Thanks Chris... running/workouts have gotten me through this..

She arrived home yesterday afternoon. And did go to work. There has been no communication between us, she is in a horrible mood. I have told her we need to talk, and today that I have done nothing wrong so she can drop the attitude any time. Grounded for sure, and restrictions will last a while. There is no sense 'talking' to her though until she is a bit more herself, which I figure will be a copule of days. She has said she is home to stay, and my son is too - but he actually hasn't come home yet so? The dog has been taken in by a family that my kids know from school. So at least that story has ended well for the dog.

Time will tell how this unfolds...

Still going through PT. Prob a few more weeks. Slow but sure. Dad is fighting his azz off. His retna ruptured so he is blind in 1 eye now,but he has alot of determination. Thanx for asking bro.

Thanks Thomas. They are both home now. Son showed up in the evening last night.

My daughter is not talking to me, but that is fine - will give her a little space, as there is no sense in discussing things if she is going to have an attitude. I know her and she will come around quickly. I will just be doing nothing for her till that time comes.

Had a chat with my son this morning. Being 19, I told him the lay of the land and if he doesn't like it then he will have to really look into living on his own. I think the 'fantasy' of that idea is far better than the reality. He seems to be a more positive where all this is concerned.

Thanks man. Garage is not heated. I do have one of those heat lamps from Costco but it doesn't do a whole lot. Winter gloves are worn when needed lol

We do that every now and then too. Always comes out awesome.

We tried to do a pie Chicago style, and it was nowhere close but so so good anyway.

Like I tell my wife, pizza=gainz.
