Making extra effort to make it down to the States next year for event

And its no biggie on my part, just grabbed off the shelf while I was shopping, like $4 lol

If you guys want a reload I can send down more just ask

That means we have to take care of you! So we need to know what we can send you in return. or if it will even past customs.

I'm good!

Bob's baked goods when I venture south sounds good

I will stop hi jacking this thread now lol

You will have to let me know what you think of things when you get to them (its all cheat food so I expect it may take a while lol)

Haha I will. Those all dressed chips caught my eye. I think others would rape and pillage me if I don't have the French Toast Crunch first

Managed to get off my project at a reasonable hour today so I ventured in to the local anytime fitness with my guest pass (that no one even asked if I had, literally just walked in). Figured since I hadn't been able to do any real legs, and since they had a squat rack, that this was the only option.

Apparently either the weights at this place were way lighter then they should've been, or my gym is heavy (which I know for a fact is a little the case as I have this experience at nearly every other gym I try). I started out at my normal 225 for 5's but blew through that like pie. So I added weight every set... 9sets later I was doing the same sets of 5 with 275 and my legs were screaming. It was glorious.

Followed these up with sldl's and then the normal leg extension/curl/calf work. One thing I love is a good hamstring curl machine Cuz the one at my gym sucks a lot. Seated>>>lying

Legs were totally trashed when I left and I had a ton of cals to play with since I barely had any time or food available to eat through the day. $25 per diem goes a long way at trader joes. I've been getting dinner there the last few days and loving it. Really good salads, meats, and a few treats.

Tomorrow I'll prob get a very quick back pump workout first thing in the morn, eat a quick breakfast, then it's a long day of work followed by the redeye back home. Gonna be an interesting day and a half followed by a weekend of tailgating, heavy boozing, and epic food. Not even caring about cals or anything this weekend. Just gonna enjoy it.

If you want a good tip for lying leg curls
pretend like your trying to push your hips into the seat as much as possible and prop yourself up from the waist forward and use your elbows to prop your upperbody up. You should be at like a 45 degree angle from your waist upward to your chest, this should allow for your hamstrings to take some more tension and be harder to execute the movement compared to lying straight downward

try it, you wont be able to do as much weight, but will kill your hamstrings.

just noticed this about a week or two ago. it's humbling, but the tension is killer

Swol who did you decide on a coach?

and i chose breezy11. We'll get started soon! really excited though

Very nice sir.
good thing is, he will push your kcals and make you work and make you eat to gain, which you need. so you will see some great results. Listen to him to a T and grow. Looking forward to learning from his methods in your log breezy11

will do!

i'm happy with my rate of weight gain thus far, checked in at 144.5 this morning after starting from 135. 9.5 lbs in about 7 weeks, I'll take it

loving my metabolism after reversing and not being a carbophobe, staying relatively lean while eating 385-400g CHO a day and adding some great size. I'll have updated pictures tomorrow and I'll put a side by side comparison from the start to now. I noticed my chest looks much fuller. especially upper chest. my right rear delt is finally looking like it's catching up, and my back looks thicker according to my parents.

the road to 165 continues!

Lets go bro. im on the road to 190+ as well, so lets get some.

i'm pumped man. it's crazy how when you actually trust the process and just stay dedicated the kind of results you can see. i'll be knocking on 3,000 cals in probably 3-4 weeks which i would have NEVER thought was possible.

Holy hell crazy morning at the border.

I got pulled over and searched extensively, and examined by a medical worker

My bone scan yesterday left residual radiation, they picked it up through the car as i pulled through customs lol tons of security was on top of me

the issue isn't really in form it's the machine. It's just awkwardly shaped and not adjustable at all so it makes it difficult to get into a good position. I usually do hold my upper body up and go for a good squeeze but it's just the position of the seat relative to the leg piece that doesn't work/fit me well. Negatives of old ass equipment.

Haha whoa driven you're like the hulk right now!

And I'm psyched to see what breezy11 can do for you Swolbraham

I'm already jealous of your kcals ha. You guys better hurry up and catch up tho... I've gotta be pushing 200 right now ;)

Lol I don't use legit syrup either but its the most Canadian thing I could send.

They showed my shipping cost?!
Lol didn't want that seen

Was my call, I'm happy if you guys enjoy it!

Gonna be bummed if I have to miss the Arnold this year. It was amazing last year (my first time).

Traveled through the night from la, laying over in atl before heading home in a bit. So far so good. Legs are real sore from Wednesday's workout. Could be a bit of the ara kicking in already or maybe just a brutal workout.

Side note; sore legs are nowhere near as miserable as sore back for travel. Deadlifts before sitting in awkward ass plane seats for hours on end are just the worst.

so here's my progress and my Mini Magnitropin review. I understand if you guys want to take this with a grain of salt, but the product imo doesn't get enough attention in the natural anabolic category. Probably cause we're still relatively small, but i'm really excited how things are going to take off with this brand. EIther way, here are my results:

Start
:

Weight137.6 (I thought it was 135.6 this whole time, but I was wrong... either way the results are impeccable imo)
Arms: 12.25 (Puny I know)
Legs: 20.25 inches
Calves: 13.25 inches
Shoulders: 45 inches
Chest: 40.25 inches
Waist: 29 inches
Illiac Crest: 5.5 mm

After 2 Bottles (48 Days)

Weight: 144.6 (+7 lbs)
Arms: 12.75 (+.5 inch)
Legs: 21 inches (+.75 inch)
Calves: 13.5 (+.25 inch)
Shoulders: 46 (+1 inch)
Chest: 41 inches (+.75 inch)
Waist: 29.66 inches (+2/3 of an inch)
Illiac Crest: 6.5 mm (+1 mm)

After Front - This was to show I maintained leanness

After - Back... My rear delt development and shoulder development was awesome during this run! That was a huge focus for me

Overall, I just feel thicker. What does that mean? I'm filling out my T-Shirts better, but my jeans still fit the same. My legs are actually starting to press against the side of my jeans :(. I broke a bunch of PR's during this run as well so the strength was great. Overall though, I think the body composition changes were the best part and the most fun. Eating 380g CHO a day, staying lean, and having that "carb muscle" pump was great. Similar to ABE when it comes to carbs. I'm ecstatic at how my back has really thickened out (My parents asked me the other day if I gained weight because they can start seeing my lats through my shirt), my shoulder has finally developed, and how i've maintained leanness being in a caloric surplus and with almost 400g of CHO. Macros right now, 2,800 kcals, 60F, 380C, and 180P. That's a chitload of food for a dude my size and I'm not a giant rolly polly.

Other things I noticed:
- Muscle Fullness
- Increased appetite, especially in the sense I would eat a large meal, and be hungry 30 minutes later. It seemed my rate of digestion was increased.
- Crazy pumps, took 3 caps with my preworkout proats and berries, and the pumps were incredible.
- Better insulin sensitivity: Prior to larger carb meals, I noticed an almost GDA effect. Muscles feeling very full and getting that "carb pump" many note when using a GDA
- Libido: Increased a tad, nothing crazy. But pretty good considering my bloodwork showed lower than normal testosterone values prior to my Magnitropin run.

Anyway, I can't wait until more people starting grabbing bottles and hopefully running logs or hearing their reviews. Every review on SupplementReviews has been great, as have Stack3d reviews and PricePlow. I'm still running Magnitropin and I'm on the my third bottle now, and I tossed in ABE and 2g of ArA to see how synergistic they are. I'm gonna miss it if I decide to cycle off :( And with the new product coming out... oh my lanta the gains.

Yesterday's workout was back, and was very very good. Very efficient as well. Might try pushing intra carbs to 70g if I need to increase kcals again. Right now, I gained about lb this week so I'll keep calories stable most likely or do a small bump. Resting today, just work and relaxing

Boone where in Georgia will you be?
like 20min north of Atlanta. Prob not gonna be home much if at all tho due to all the travel.

Drank myself into a stupor last night and I'm paying for it today. Haven't been able to keep even a mouthful of water down all day. Feeling like hot garbage. Drinking blows.
