Pressing starting to look a lot smoother. Throw your elbows out a little faster at the top especially with the SS.

I think not being gassed from squatting will be huge. That's one thing that I think about when it comes to my first meet. Need to build a larger base to be able to pull after the other lifts. I'll get there.
