Took me many years to learn the sip technique to drinking. Now I know how to enjoy a good bourbon without having to get drunk!

I usually make 1-2 drinks all night and sip on them.

They are really strong so I am not tempted to chug em. Lol.

I've got to try that stuff! One problem I have is I drink so much water that I get up like 5 times at night to pee, would I wake up or pee all over myself? Hahaha

I drink too much water before bed too, and I have yet to pee myself.

yeah I get really srs ab pumps that put me in the fetal position with in 3-4 days
and thus.. an all but full bottle. knew I shouldn't have tried.. I had this happen before and I should have know it would be the same thing

well hes young, 13, but since football ended yes! I love it and hes starting to get into it.. also.. his favorite day is LEG DAY!
 
My stepson is 13 also. I took him in at 0400 this summer for leg day. He hated it, and the gym deactivated my access card and gave me a warning to not sneak in <16yo's. :(

He isn't into legs/deads, unfortunately. Just wants to do arms, shrugs, and unconventional bench because of other influence(s).
 
Glad to hear your son is so into it! He will grow to be fit, healthy and strong as an ox! Can't hurt his football game either! :)

Sigh.. I think it's time to jump on the scale and figure out dem macros for the next few months.

Going for a IIFYM type approach this year.

Going to keep the calories lower than a traditional bulk just so I don't have to go as far (diet wise) for cutting in the spring.
