My brotha, hope she has a speedy recovery and the pain isn't too bad - and you, that the mid delt shakes it off quickly so you can get back at it quickly and pain-free.

Deadlift might be worse than any other lift if your head isn't there for it, especially when it gets heavy.

Today's w/o is secondary movement for squat (either doing pause or pin squats again) and some sort of bench movement.

Tomorrow I'm doing belt less snatch grip deads, incline bench.

Well today was successful, very good workout!

Added exercises

Lat pull down 3 sets
Bb curl 2 sets
Seated leg curl 2 sets single leg, 2 sets both legs
Band pull aparts 3 sets
Face pulls 2 sets

No cardio - well 5min on a rowing machine lol

Also, took 2 scoops NITRAMINE fasted before lifting.. Won't ever do that again. I'm WAY over stimmed right now and it's been two hours. Hands are shaky and noise (this is going to seem odd) seems louder. Don't like this feeling at all. Bright side, I had a mind blowing pump off the small sets + higher end reps.

Still having moderate progression. As long as I'm not digressing or stalling I'm happy. Every session seems to improve.

Anyways. The muscle stim/tens is already paying forward. Felt great Saturday (lats and rhomboids were firing like they were suppose to) and again tonight.
 
You'll never get away from it. Everybody wants to tell you what they can do, regardless of whether they actually did it. People all the time will just come up to me at the gym and rattle off their supposed accomplishments, without me asking. I don't get it, but I guess it gives them satisfaction so whatever.

I just curl the tens and laugh at the bros swinging their retard weight. I have naturally very large bulky biceps so I never work them at all and anytime someone asks what I do for them I say squats ha.

Everything was smooth sailing tonight. Dude I train with was in the groove tonight as well so that benefited the sesh as well. Been a while since we both had a great session at the same time.

3) pizza (new joint opened up right around the corner from the house) ppl are ravin about how it's slammin

How much weight do you use on the Klokov presses? I experimented with them some time back but didn't stay with them. It wasn't much, I'll tell you that. I think like 95lbs for 8-12 or something? Hard to recall. And it was HARD. But Klokov is a beast amongst men.

No lie, klokovs are a different beast. I only used 75lbs for 10-12

He's gonna beat Malanichev's All-time World Record Squat soon if Eric Lilliebridge doesn't set the bar even higher. Kendall's done 1,037 out of a Monolift in training, and Lilliebridge hit 1,026 similarly. Malanichev walked out 1,014, but those guys will be coming for it no doubt in a few weeks.
