I just curl the tens and laugh at the bros swinging their retard weight. I have naturally very large bulky biceps so I never work them at all and anytime someone asks what I do for them I say squats ha.You'll never get away from it. Everybody wants to tell you what they can do, regardless of whether they actually did it. People all the time will just come up to me at the gym and rattle off their supposed accomplishments, without me asking. I don't get it, but I guess it gives them satisfaction so whatever.
