I had my rep day in the Cube rotation for deadlift the other night, and I pulled 375x10, 10, 405x8, 8 from blocks, and 350x10, 10 from a deficit beltless....it WAS cardio lmao - deadlift should never have to be performed for over 6 reps! I felt like I was gonna puke with my belt on the 2nd rep of deficits, so I unlatched it and kept on trucking. Was easier without it lol
I want that RTD!!! Still trying to get some but the website doesn't have them listed yet...

Slacking? Lol. Enjoy the rest day! Old father's suggestion: father and son time is more important. Make him do some chore today as punishment and take him hunting. This time is precious as they grow way too fast. (Sorry if I stepped out too far but I regret not spending more time with my son. )

Wow! You nailed it today! The who pin thing sucks... Why I bench at home so I can do it in the rack with the safety bars. Otherwise you "need" a spotter.

One minute rest on that benching especially over 200 is impressive!

Was down in FL last month shooting hogs. Had 4 feeders set up, and a **** ton of deer were feeding on em, but it was still bow season.

They are. I usually go on a 1000 acres of farm land; they don't mind us doing pest control to save the crops. When we find the piglets, we just throw em in the truck and take em back to a pen we built. They'll eat anything, so it gives us an excuse to kill the possums and armadillos as well. Always a blast. I usually bring a glock, ar15, and bolt action 308. Might be about time to add a crossbow or bow to the mix.
We have archery ranges on base. I always complain about having nothing to do in NC, well maybe I should refine my archery skills for next season.

Awesome workout Tom! Congrats on the 4pps pr too.by the looks of this workout you went in to crush it today. Heavy sets and SS with minimal rest. This will pay big dividends!!
Can't really comment on the deads. The back looked good. Deficits I don't know how to judge but for me there is too much rounding of the back. But, I'm primarily a modified Sumo guy so that I keep my back a little more upright.
The 365 even though in time lapse looked good.
