I get ~9 hours of sleep a night. Why am I always so tired? This sucks.
The only stims I use are 1 packet of crystal light with caffeine (120mg) around 12pm every day. Thinking of drinking another one around 3-4pm.
I don't use many stims either. Just my coffee at 0330, then STIMUL8 and IGNITE2 at 0400. And usually another 200mg caffeine for my EC at 0900. ...always a cup of cold coffee with protein powder at 2pm. ...and sometimes, like today, another EC dose at 1500.![]()

I'm just weary of becoming dependent on caffeine to feel normal.
I do work with guys that take 3 cups of coffee to just move though.
I drink one cup on the drive to work but I do take a bunch of caffeine tabs during the day but I think the effects have worn off on me
Just try to keep the caffeine under a gram a day and you'll be fine![]()

Was watching a video earlier where Jeremy Hamilton (almost 2000lb raw/no knee wraps totaler @220) was talking about consistency. Said it took him 7 years of dedicated strength training to reach his first 400lb bench (he now benches 507). This makes me feel good. I'm from the "want to be strong NOW" generation and hearing these types of things keeps it all in perspective.
Remember, Hoff and Lilliebridge are the young phenoms, but Hoff started training at Westside at 14 and the Lilliebridges started training with their dad at about the same time. So not only have they been in it for ten years, but they had world class coaching from day 1.

Yep yep. You guys are my coaches haha. And honestly, I'd say my "real" training age (adjusting for stupidity) is still less than a year.
