So...I'm gonna do a log (xhhr on OL TR1UMP)

Still not noticing much in terms of strength or body comp yet but pumps are noticeably better recently. Lethargy is still present which dermacrine has done a poor job at combating. I liked it solo with form but I would not use it as a test base again unless I was worried about shedding but there has to be a better alternative for less. I'm using nizoral as well.

Strength has stayed roughly the same. Maybe a rep here or five pounds there but nothing crazy yet. It's still early and I have 4 weeks left as of Sunday so plenty of time. Hoping results kick up next week. Weight is hovering 200-203 and I'm leaner than when I started but I attribute that to diet which has been very clean.

Today we back squats no box then worked in some front squats, kb sumo deadlifts, walking lunges and step ups. Lots of volume today, legs were very pumped and vascular.
 
I too am interested in Tr1umph. Did you notice weight gain? An increase in glycogen in muscle?
 
XR, how's the BP? I started Iron Legion's version and my BP actually dropped significantly. I was shocked and had to terminate the cycle.
 
Xr. ..if you are already feeling signs of lethargy and derm isn't working. ...u should really try Stano. Stano at least works and does promote vascularity and will shred u up. I know ur worried about hair loss but trust me it will only be temporary. I run stano with every ph I run and I never get lethargic. Just throwing it out there, you should start seeing triumph kick in soon, cheers bud

The shedding effect from stano (DHT) may not be temporary, it's individual specific. Don't do that man "trust me, it's only temporary..." you might be the one responsible for him losing his hair.

i RAN once Stano for 7-10 days with HDROL…and man!! shedding a lot…got a while, but i got my hair back, I guess ...

Plus I'm eating a lower carbohydrate containing diet so not noticing it a ton. Maybe I will more so on refeeds, I'll keep an eye on it.

It hovers in the 110/60 area. Haven't noticed it going up or down really. Strange it had that effect on you. Did you change anything besides triumph? Any support supplements taken in conjunction with it?

I wish but I'm not taking the chance. Maybe I'll up the derm to 4-5 pumps. I think trest would be lighter on my hairline? than Stano so if it got really bad I might go that route but I'll up Derm first even though 3 pumps covers me pretty well.

Worked some power and hang cleans today with 275#. Then did a hang clean/ring pushup ladder for conditioning.

Still not noticing much besides lethargy and slightly better pumps. Acne has cleared up which is possibly the pantothenic acid working. Libido is actually up from what is was pre-cycle. Starting to notice some atrophy of my "boys" just as of today.

Hoping this ramps up week 3 cause not noticing much at all to this point honestly. It is early though, I'm just very impatient haha

Tomorrow will be an off day as my ass/quads/hammies are on fire from Friday.

Monday will be a press day, likely strict press so I'll update then unless something crazy happens between now and that time.
 
Trestolone should leave your hair line alone entirely as it doesn't reduce to DHT. But again, individuals will respond differently, so if you're the one case, you've been appropriately advised hahaha

Well boys here is the the two week mark. Have noticed very little up to this point but hopefully this will be the week to deliver some tangible results. Haven't seen any increase in results such as strength or body comp above what my normal diet and routine bring about but I'm still hopeful as this compound usually get terrific feedback. Heading to the gym here shortly for some pressing work.
 
Next week is when you should really see the physical and strength results. I noticed the increased glycogen around week 3, and it is definitely noticeable.

Hit some strict press today. Volume was high worked up to 185 for 15. Then hit some dips, floor press, tricep pushdowns, and dumbell raises. Overall a good day felt strong and 185x15 on strict press is a PR. If I get the money this week I'm buying TD trest cause lethargy is god awful so far. If not I'll suck it up but definitely not enjoyable.
 
Today was deadlifts and back pumps hit hard. Forgot to take my taurine and paid for it especially during hang cleans and high rep kettlebell swings. Won't let that happen again as it felt like a small child was trying to dig it's way out of my back with a broken beer bottle. Strength was up slightly. Acne has all but cleared up which is mostly diet related. I don't even really experience acne unless I consume grains which is another reason why I avoid grains along with the digestive issues I experience. Lethargy is still evident at 4-5 pumps. I will in future cycles run td trest. I should have ponied up the money up front when I had it and didn't have to pay off the ridiculous car bill from when I got it inspected. Hoping for body comp to kick up this week.

Appreciate that brother I might have to pull the trigger. I was looking at orbit cause they have 25% but are out of transform and would need a bottle of that as well so I may go to nutriverse. What's a good dose of I pick up a bottle of trest 50? 100?

Got some bench work in today. Kept volume higher working up to 295. Conditioning was a ground to overhead burpee ladder. Start with 95# and went up to 225#. Then worked some behind the neck split jerks from the rack at be for form. Was a good day I felt strong. Had a decent pump going. Possibly the start of this kicking in as I look noticeably leaner yet full of that makes sense im hoping this continue to trend upward.
 
Start with 50 you should be good there. Main goal with using Trestolone as a base is to ward off low hormone sides from other compounds.

They're saying that triumph is better is gains and recomping. And epistane is dryer and less gains.

But i havent seen a real good log from triumph

Gains from epistane can be seriously substantial tbh, really depends on your diet.

That seems to be the consensus but unfortunately like I said I've never tried Epi or Halo so I wouldn't be able to give a fair comparison.
 
So I went back up to 204# yet look leaner. Not a bad sign and strength is trending upwards. Not sure how I've gained weight since I've been in a deficit since the beginning and didn't consume any extra carbs that could account for an increase in glycogen but the fact I look leaner is never a bad thing. I could easily drop under 200 with a few days diet/water manipulation but I would like to be sitting under and would prefer not to have to deprive myself to make weight. I think this stuff is finally starting to "kick" in. Anyone be upset if I extended this to an 8 week run? I'll be picking up Trest, Form, and Tudca once my paycheck clears.

Worked some overhead squats tonight up to 275#. Then hit behind the neck split jerk singles at 300# for technique work. Felt really strong and form was on point for the most part. My strength is definitely creeping up.
 
Had an ok lift today. Not much in terms of strength but felt like I could keep going and going so endurance was notably increased and strength remained roughly the same.

Hit some hang cleans up to 255# for reps then practiced some lighter hang squat cleans for form work as well as some light snatch weights for singles to practice form. My snatch sucks and I hate the lift so I sometimes have to make myself just do them even if it's light and practicing form.

Followed that up with axle barbell rows, strict pull ups, and high rep dumbell curls before hitting some tabata ring rows, ab mats, and sledgehammers.

Topped it off with some sled pulls and prowler pushes since I cheated on some Reese's cups and pieces last night haha shhhhh
 
Forgot to mention had a doctors appt today and blood pressure was 120/76 I think so it has gone up but is still well within the healthy range not too mention I was nervous as hell which im sure spiked it somewhat and I weighed in at 209 fully clothed which was quite a bit of clothing so I'm probably still around 204-205 after I binged on some Halloween candy sitting around.

week 3 for me was when it kicked in. I ran it for 4 weeks at 45 then 2 weeks at 60. 60 is where this beast is it. 75 or even 90 would be just insane. I would probably have to take out a 2nd job to pay for my food bill alone.

triumphalis made me hungry BUT it did help with nutrient partitioning and leaning out whilst on just under maintenance calories. felt strong as an ox. set a fee PRs during weeks 4 to 6.

Hopefully body comp will follow. Luckily my diet is on point so it's improving but not at the pace I expected still seems to be improving at the rate my diet alone usually has it progressing.

I will I have a carb up meal coming this weekend so I'll make a mental note of it. Can't say I've noticed it too much but I've noticed muscle fullness becoming slightly more prevalent recently.

Hmm.. I've made up my mind that I'm going to stock up on Iron Legions Triumph then. That sucks to hear brother
 
Iron Legion Triumph blew 1 AD out the water, not even in the ballpark for me. 1AD was just plain weak.

That's exactly what I expected im really bummed to be honest I might switch compounds for my last four weeks or I might just cut my losses and pct after four weeks. Not sure yet.

That hairline though. I treasure my precious hair too much. 1 andro was rough to it but it's finally back to pre cycle. Everyone in my family has hair so maybe I'm just being overly cautious but I'm not willing to risk it so I stick to stuff with a lower probability to affect the hairline. I'm considering DMZ or hexadrone/dermafury.
