Heck yeah. Did some mobility and felt pretty good. Great actually. Got a little tight again after lab though. Just weighed in at 199.2 with shorts/T. So I'll just have to not eat like crazy tomorrow lol.

Trying to plan my warm ups. Was thinking plates to 405 then 455. Should I go 475 instead. Opening 535, then 575 600.
You think I should warm up clear to 495? I wasn't sure if that was too much. Sounds good to me.

Thanks man. It was one of those lifts that was a small enough hitch I would count it in the gym but obviously not think its okay for a meet.
Any chance this could be part of the problem? I understand you know after you've done some of the lifts that they wouldn't count, but isn't there a chance that letting those slip by in training is ingraining that as a movement pattern when you get on the platform?
