Wow!! Exciting stuff!!!
Cool bro! This is the same as what Chris is doing?
Saw this.
Them dudes put in work
Just read an article posted on AM from Iron Magazine about how bodybuilders are as strong as powerlifters, and how powerlifters are all fat worthless pieces of sh!t, and none of them ever train for hypertrophy at all, and bodybuilders are basically powerlifters but better because they walk around w/ abs year-round of course, and if they trained for power they'd all have 3000lb totals, yadda yadda.
Someone wasted time to write a condescending article intended to promote division in the gym/weightlifting community and bring other people down to make themselves feel validated. Then you've got guys like Eric.....who are actually doing incredible things. No one will ever remember that Iron author's name. You can bet they won't forget the Lilliebridge's.
the world is full of narrow minded ass holes.
So true. What gets me is all the people who waste their time arguing the point. I wouldn't give them the satisfaction.
back to eating/cooking/cleaning.

it's strong either way on that squat! Good stuff manI have a 505-345-465 squat, bench, deadlift respectively. So does that make me a strong BB'er , or a weak PL'er ?? LOL

Exactly! I think a LOT of powerlifters, at least the ones at the meets I've been to, are all interested in being more muscular and more powerful. And every kid in the gym to every serious local competitor (and we have some national level guys around here for sure) focusing on a dedicated hypertrophy split still takes pride in hoisting some big iron or enjoying a new PR.
I don't personally know a single male that lifts weights that wouldn't want to be both more muscular/leaner at the same weight and stronger. But whether you're getting on the stage or the platform, lifting progressively heavier weights (and the muscle that will yield) is gonna be fundamental.
starting at 210/wk only because test is high. I'll bring it up slow to see how I tolerate it. The stuff I have is no joke so I'm gonna be cautious. How much tren will you run?
Good to hear you a re playing it safe brother..
27 reps?? Bet someone had to pull you up out of the seat after that..
I'd hope so.They're bound to make your body do something if you really give em all you've got.
Big Boy Muscle in the house. Looking forward to seeing your prep. Best of luck bro
Best is yet to come...Crushing it man. Good to see you and great pics you are looking damn good!
I'll get used to no sleep. Pretty soon I'll be suffering from insomnia anyways. LOLStill kicking butt in Superbeast mode despite not feeling it!!
Rest day. I'm frickin' wrecked. Up late last night doing some paperwork on top of a long day sucks. Today's my first low cal day on this diet plan wish me luck...

So does a diet of top ramen and tuna and prison food. And bodyweight resistance-based exercises, for that matter.
Fair enough. I plan to stay out of there though.
On another note I was just notified I get my very own apprentice next week. WOOHOOO I get to be lazy.
Alright kid, this is how you use a speed handle.....now I want you to practice and come back to me for a final review after you've remeoved 10,000 fasteners...
You ever read Paul Carter's blog at Lift-Run-Bang? He's a hoot, and his life & lifting philosophies are extremely down to earth. Although he doesn't believe in wearing a weightbelt, but otherwise he makes a lot of sense to me, in general.
