First off I want to thank the guys at FinaFlex for giving me the chance to try out Green Apple Stimul8 and Blue Raspberry BCAA SAA! RegisterJr snagencyV2.0 wasme

I am currently trying to add muscle so calories are building up! Currently doing a carb backloading style diet. Training is 3 full body workouts with conditioning between lifting days. Kleen was nice enough to send me his Kleen Machine routines! It is quite intense!

**I was ready to collapse several times! Lol Just brutal but I'm able to push a little harder at the end each week so endurance is better.

Had the BCAA/SAA's after my workout! Taste was super yummy!! Made it super easy to drink! Mixed really well too. FinaFlex products always seem to mix really well!

Today was a conditioning day! Took 1/2 scoop of stimul8 on an empty stomach. I was dragging a bit this morning but this helped give me a little pick up! I will increase to 3/4 a scoop tomorrow just to get that little extra! The stimul8 had me sweating like crazy during and after my workout too! "Shredding" in full effect lol Gotta love it!

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Had another killer workout this morning! Took 3/4 a scoop of the stimul8 and got a nice tingle from the beta alanine and a super stimmed effect! Definitely helped me push through the self torturing! Lol I'm enjoying the BCAA/SAA's as well! I usually struggle taking them due to the fact they don't dissolve completely but these make it much easier.

I find the average sled weight is about 75lbs..
some are less other are more.. the hammer sled is 118Lbs..

The hack squat sled feels really heavy too...

3/4 scoop of Stimul8 .... impressive!
I still rarely do 3/4, unless I have absolutely no coffee.

I keep saying it .... I must be some sort of mutant. Because I always go with 1 full scoop and that's after drinking a pot of coffee throughout the day. I work out in the evenings and usually have my last cup of coffee about 3 hours prior to my workout. 1 full scoop keeps me pumped and energized from start to finish and my workouts average 90 minutes. Great thing I have noticed about STIMUL8 is that I do not seem to build up a tolerance to it like I have with just about every other PWO on the market. ;)

Yeah, our hack squat is 60 or 75...a lot of the machines have diagrams with the weight on it. Oh, I take it alone. That's all I have before I hit the gym.

It's steady snowing but ours is mixed with rain so it's not sticking! Some if the towns surrounding us have 1/2" or so! This is totally unheard of here!! It as just mid to upper 80's 2 days ago. Lol
