I only get cereal that's on sale, but I am getting that next time I am in the area of a Target

Work schedule very crazy lately, and closest target is up at the mall about 10-15 minutes away.

Easy fix.
1) pour a big bowl of milk
2) pour just enough cereal to cover the top of the milk
3) eat all the cereal and repeat.

Overall this may be a very basic pint with a Dark Chocolate, Caramel, and Sea Salt base but this is not a gelato to overlook. The decadent Dark Chocolate flavoring is very strong, very creamy, and provides an incredible after taste that leaves you lingering for more. With small shades of caramel underlying in the taste, and the richness and enhancing sea salt flavor this makes for a killer combination. Upon grabbing I thought this would of been mediocre at best because I am a mix in junkie, but i was mistaken. If this had some Sea Salt Caramel Truffle Mix-ins this would be an A+ like found in Sea Salt Caramel or Kopper Kettle Caramel from 2nd Street, but for the base alone this was exceptional and a must try for any Dark Chocolate Lover.

Grade: B+
 
Scheduled refeed this morning (legs later today) and slept in almost an hour.

= 2 honey& oat bagels with chocolate hazlenut spread one side, cookie butter on the other lol

+ a hastily made 2 scoop shake in cashew milk

Totalled it out just now to be 1200 cals
Gains in under a minute ;)
 
Got my pumpkin fix this past weekend. No bake pumpkin mini cheesecakes. Thanks for the idea Bob!

I have a buddy at work who is constantly eating bison. I've been looking into it as it seems to be very good for you in terms of meat.
 
A pretty good cheat meal I find has to be homemade Mac. It is nutritient full to say the least.. Being said there is a **** ton on protein, carbs, and fats. I'm thinking of trying out those special zero carb noodles or whatever

I've never had it from the store but any bison burger I've ever had out was amazing. Tons of flavor and really meaty. Closer to a steak then a burger really and with a little stronger flavor.

Personally it's one of my favorite meats outside of the normal beef/pork/chic/turkey.

Bison is great. Naturally leaner than most beef, so i find myself adding a little extra sauce/condiment for moistness. Love the taste though, its pretty much a steak that has no tough portions to chew.

That's my attempt to explain it lol worth trying though

You could try. I used to eat them to save calories but the sauce would just end up runny. The noodles have a fishy smell upon opening the package, so they need to be rinsed thoroughly as well.
 
Bison can have a lot more flavor (if not very lean) compared to regular beef. i find it to digest easier too.
it will be pricey, but we have a buffalo farm 15 minutes south of where i live, and the bison from there fresh = to die for.
 
Not up to the ice cream standards around here lol but I enjoyed a pint of Rolo ice cream while handing out candy tonight

It was free, magically makes it taste better

The ice cream is great! Has a nice pumpkin flavor and bit of crumbs(or something in it)

That is yum yum sauce on the side!

Cost around $7 for the large yakimesi! All it is is fried rice and steak! Its amazing though!

Got it at a local Japanese express place! Oishi!
