A little dreaming with Finaflex's G8 & BCAA+SAA

I use one scoop.
 
I use one scoop before heading out for a fasted run in the morning.

If i train fasted. I go one scoop pre / one scoop intra.

Seated OHP 1/2 1RM 65lbs 10x10

Notes
I took my first serving of BCAA+SAA with 1/2 liter of water.It taste exactly like blue raspberry bubble gum and man this stuff is sweet.I have never used a BCAA supplement before and I am going to mix it with more water next time.

I mix mine with about 23oz, and when my shaker us half empty I add more water and it still tastes good.
 
I keep couple of shakers in the fridge with BCAA+SAA in them. I just enjoy drinking it throughout the day... beats the hell out of Coke zero!
 
Saturday 10/25 & Sunday 10/26 Off Days

Today is get ready for winter day.I am doing my honey do list.So it's time to hang/clean storm windows,clean gutters,cut grass and everything else on my list:lmao:.I put 1-1/2 scoops of BCAA+SAA in 20oz of water to drink during this.I also will be starting G8 today b4 bed as well.
 
Ok I just took my first dose of G8.I mixed 1-1/2 scoops in 12oz of water.I got to say the taste is 1000 times better then the OG version.It actually taste great.

I'm still experimenting with 1 scoop. Maybe 1.5 later this week.....

Enjoy ! I have to agree about the taste. G8 is the best tasting powder / mix w/ water supp I have ever tasted ! Interested to see how 1.5 scoops treats you. I haven't gone past 1 scoop yet. I am also on night 3 without any G8 and boy can I tell the difference. Harder to fall asleep, not sleeping as deep, and not sleeping as long ...... can't wait for my new tub to show up ;)

The taste is fantastic. Personally, I cant recollect any dreams in the morning. I sleep that soundly. I know I have dreamt, as we all dream but have no memory of them.

I am going to put a notebook by my bed and write down the dreams.
 
No doubt about it ... dreams are more vivid and intense with G8. I haven't had any G8 the past 4 nights and I have not had much in the way of dreams either. Can't wait for that new tub of G8 to arrive.

Man vivid and crazy.The only bad part is I wakeup before the dream ends.I fall back to sleep and boom start dreaming again!
 
This is one of the things I like most about G8 .... the ability to fall right back asleep after waking up for one reason or another. I wake up 1-2 times a night to take a leak and fall right back to sleep with G8. Also, my ladies alarm goes off very early and she gets ready to go and that usually wakes me up .... with G8 I am right back out cold when she leaves .... without G8 I am laying there tired yet awake and end up just getting out of bed and dealing with only having 5 hrs of sleep. G8 is amazing !!!

Dream # was me buying parts from a store and paying for delivery.Only to get stalked/harassed by delivery girls for not tipping.It ended with me getting into an altercation and I wokeup before it ended.

#2- I was fishing and caught a fish.It fell off the hook and I jumped into the water to try to catch it by hand.After swimming around in the water and trying to catch it I woke up.

The dreams are very weird and I always wake up before they end.

How'd the sleep go, other than girls chasing you and you chasing fish? Lol :trout:
 
Looking forward to hitting this when it arrives! Seems most people do 1/2 a scoop. Will you be trying a full scoop tonight?

I have been using 1-1/2 (1 and a 1/2). You can start with a full scoop and work your way up to 2.I used the OG G8 and it was equal to 2 scoops of the new version.The new flaovr is very good.

Do you recommend starting on 1/2 then trying 1?

Isnt having 2 sccops a night extremely expensive?

If you never used a product like this b4 you can start with 1/2 scoop but me personally I would start with a full scoop.IMO it has 40 serving and is priced quite well.
Remember you don't take this 7 days a week.You want run this 5 days on & 2 days off or 4on/3off.

Thank you :). Ill be doing it Sun-Thurs, with Fri/Sat off. so is a full serving 2 scoops, meaning there is 80 scoops per tub?

Today I did 2 scoops of BCAA+SAA FOR LEG DAY WITH 20OZ OF WATER.I am noticing extra energy from this.Since I never used a BCAA product before,I don't know if that is common?Today I did a big cup of coffee with a double shot of espresso for my pre.
 
Hmmmmm a vivid dream about swimming after a fish ...... what kind of fish was it? a Koi perhaps? :biglaugh:
