How toxic is dymethazine compared to hdrol/pmag?

Man there's so many variants of dmz, it would be nice to see a list of compounds and their level of toxicity. Was planning on a dmz/trest/osta stack but unsure of the toxicity and max length I can run it for

Non alcoholic my whole life, blood panels perfect the past 6 yrs (been consistently doing blood tests) , no history of any problems and I normally drink at least 1.25-1.5 gallons of just water a day.
