Ok workout was crap tonight. I'll get into why..
1) my wife dumped boiling water on herself last night while draining my spaghetti noodles. Took her to the ER around 9pm left at midnight. Didn't fall asleep until 1am. Wife got 2nd degree burns, borderline 3rd degree.
2) had to wake up at 6am to eat and get ready for work. Was on the road all day and went into train tonight an hr past my normal time. Mind wasn't in it tonight.
3) medial delt on my right shoulder was strained during my board presses. For some reason I lost tightness on my 2nd rep.

345x4@9 (5lb add @ same RPE and rep count) slight improvement. If I could have nailed my cues it should have been a 10-15lb increase. Next time

*terrible day with cues. Mentally I came into the gym unmotivated and honestly not even wanting to be there. Right then I shoulda called it a wrap, and bounced. But, hardheadedness wouldn't let me.
