Hit my session on Friday and Saturday! WIll be going to the gym tomorrow. Tuesday Im travelling to the UK for an accountancy course so wont be training tuesday, but will be Wed/Thurs/Sat

Friday, even though being tired, took some more alphamine in the afternoon and hit some upperbody. Training on my own so went for resistance training/eccentrics

Could of gone heavier on both but would rather build up to it without just trying to go balls to the walls. Was nice to be back in the gym after 3 days off because of insomnia, lets hope thats behind me!
Will speak to my gym partner and see what we are training tomorrow. Need to start getting serious now and not miss any days under any conditions so I can make sure this product gets the recognition it deserve.
IFNutrition - definitely "feel" kingpin, strength seems to be up a lot compared to a week ago and energy is sustained. Got some acne which I view as a really good sign considering it means the product is working and its very easily treatable
