The only thing id take at 5pm would be my non stim pre workout - PermaSwole , by chaos & pain, does that look okay to take at 5?

Yeah its really a nagging issue. I used to smoke to deal with it, but that isnt a long term solution and has a bunch of negative sides

I couldn't say from personal experience. I don't remember the last time I worked out in the afternoon.

I really think that G8 is going to help you though.
 
Also, I can take a caffeine pill with a cup a coffee and take a nap immediately after.

If it does, its a god send and you'll have a lifetime customer. Nothing, and I mean nothing has ever seemed to aid me sleep, usually actually makes the situation incomprehensibly worse!

Like any supplement though, it's just an aid. It's not something you'd want to take every day (we recommend 5 on and 2 off), and ultimately you'll want to find out what is causing it.

Just don't let a doc talk you into permanent sleep meds, like ambien...

when I can afford it, sleep hypnosis is $500, seriously considering it
 
Going to change my supplement dosing to the following :

2 scoops alphamine upon waking 8.30am
3 kingpin with breakfast 10am
6 OT vitamins with breakfast 10am
4 Xfactor pwo 5pm
2 scoops permaswole 5pm

Slept marginally better last night, but woke up at about 2.30 and couldnt get back to sleep. Regardless gyming today. Will take another 2 scoops of alphamine pre gym for some energy as I dont have any commitments tomorrow morning.

Saving squats and deadlifts for tomorrow when im better rested, upper body today
 
I've had 2 scoops of alphamine this morning, but had it as a drink, in 500ml of water, and slowly sipping it through the morning, definitely more effective this way I reckon'
 
Haha ok no good , love GABA and melatonin , exept for the weird dreams u get ,, maybe bcuz GABA is a neurotransmiter , but the slep is good and deep

I may have already suggested this before, but I use an app called Jefit to log my WOs. It just keeps a calendar of sorts for my progress.

Could of gone heavier on both but would rather build up to it without just trying to go balls to the walls. Was nice to be back in the gym after 3 days off because of insomnia, lets hope thats behind me!

Will speak to my gym partner and see what we are training tomorrow. Need to start getting serious now and not miss any days under any conditions so I can make sure this product gets the recognition it deserve. IFNutrition - definitely "feel" kingpin, strength seems to be up a lot compared to a week ago and energy is sustained. Got some acne which I view as a really good sign considering it means the product is working and its very easily treatable :)

just need to make sure my sleep is in order, I need to make sure I eat better. I dont have that much of an appetite and on weekends I get really lazy with eating

I would gladly change appetites with ya lls. Hopefully the sleep thing sees improvement in the upcoming weeks. Do you make most of your meals?

I dont, and I need to get into the habit of doing it more. Do it every day when I live with my girlfriend, but just seem to lack the motivation of doing it alone. Its fun to cook with someone, on your own, not so much

Smoothie with protein milk grenola etc etc just exploded in my bag, and im travelling today. This is not the start to the day I wanted haha, FML. worst thing is, i have no goddamn breakfast now either

Dont even get to work out today to burn it off!

Ive been selected to run IronForged Nutritions new anabolic : Most Wanted - can find it on their website or from TGB supplements as usual IFN15 TGB1987 IFNutrition . It looks pretty insane, cant beleive it didnt get more coverage. That being said, Ill be dropping Xfactor from my supps and adding in the anabolic, to give it as fair a basis as possible to show what its really capable of.

This log will be moved to a new log, given it would need a separate log due to another product being added. Will be using KingPin solo until Most Wanted turns up :)

Gymed on Monday , trained with a partner so got to try move some weight.

This will be in kg as posting from my phone in between accountancy courses so don't have super long

Bench press 82.5kg 5x5
Murray press 45kg 5x5
Wide grip pullups 5kg belt 3x8
Dips 5kg belt 3x10
Close grip bench 70kg 5x5

These are all up on last time I lifted and definitely wasn't a struggle. Obviously not near my maxes but I'm progressing up 2.5kg each lift so I don't suddenly just slam into a plateau. Obviously with my insomnia last week and poor diet in the last 7 days, I would of expected the session to be terrible, but in fact it wasn't an issue what so ever. Not going to garantuee but I'm definitely attributing that to kingpin. Normally after a 4-5 day lay off, little physical activity and bad diet, I find weight training pretty hard.

After my course today, I'm signing up to the gym here for a week, so will be gyming tonight :). Won't be having a gym partner for these 2 weeks so going to do as much eccentrics and press pulls as possible for functional strength.

On November 1st I'll be joining a very decent power lifting gym, with friends, so won't have to train alone again :)
 
The gym here has no squat rack and no dead lift bar, which I think is absolutely disgusting considering I pay $10 an entry.

Do you guys want me to halt KinPin until next Friday when I'm signed up back home to a power lifting gym, or carry on going gyming with kingpin but no compounds, and buy another bottle to make it 12 weeks. U guys decide

Ya mean 1942? That's crazy... If a gun does that, they're purposely trying to alienate seriously lifters.

As for the product, I don't want to speak for the reps here, but if it were me I'd continue to run the product and reluctantly just not do compounds for the short-term.

IFNutrition would you say it's best I purchase another bottle and run for 8 weeks to get optimal results ?
 
Trying to get my macros in at this accountancy course, have a protein shake, raisins and cashews, dark chocolate and pomegranates on my desk, people must think I'm very weird...

I too think Most Wanted will stack beautifully with Follidrone.

That would be a good idea to really gauge what it is doing for you.

I have accountancy college again this week. Im actually not taking KingPin for this week and didnt for the remainder of last week as its a complete waste of the supplement. Saving it for the 8 week run of KingPin/MostWanted
