Meadows rows 3x10

Deads md style.. 3rm max for a set of 10 with 10 sec breaks between each rep. I did 15 reps. Guess it was too light.

Stretchers. 3x10

I love dbol. Doesn't bother me like adrol or sdrol. Doesn't feel nearly as toxic. However due to the water retention of DECA EQ and test cyp I opted to go with a more dry compound.

Stuff is awesome. You know, 30mg of Msten seems like it was a lot harder (and darker pee) than 45mg of DMZ now and 15mg of M1T was when I used it. Msten is cool, but I think I'd rather use DMZ. Although stacked is supposedly where it's at.

Dmz hits me worse than superdrol. Idk why I just feel AWFUL on it. I don't have sourcing for m1t but idk if I would even want it. I remember you making mention of msten being way worse. I'm just kinda using the sd because it's here and it's wringing out a ton of water.

Beast you are a beast but you need to start retracting your back pull your shoulders down and practice standing up straight with your chest out even in relaxed position or you will end up cramping like a mofo when you try to get in "relaxed pose" on stage plus it will make your physique look far better. That being said this is the leanest I have seen you and you are looking dayum good!

Had a few things to get done today before the gym. Gonna be a later lift than expected. Gonna be legs. Heavy-ish. Gonna try out the new wraps.
 
Hell you benched like 385 when you were here, didn't you?? I'm not surprised the chest is so built and the back is so wide. You don't just work up to 385 without some muscle in the right places for it lol

Lmao I hit 365. 385 is my all time pr at 5 reps on anadrol and dbol. I made it about half way with 385 and failed while I was there. Thanks though man. As we know, like everyone else in here I bust my ass. Positive feedback makes the hard work that much better.

Guy's a monster - awesome muscularity, incredible power. I think he's only a bit older than me if I'm not mistaken. That's gonna be a helluva squat when he cuts water to 275 raw w/ wraps. Kendall appears to be even stronger, but he's 308 and looking to dethrone Malanichev for the greatest raw squat ever. For now :biggthumpup:

I think singles could only really have a place for hypertrophy as a heavy cluster. For squats with wraps you'd have to get em on fairly quick and keep em on through the cluster (ouch, no thanks).

Anytime I get stuck dropping all the fuel bay access panels underwing for a big inspection, I know there's about a 50/50 chance they're gonna be painted on like crazy or the last dillweed didn't use any lube/corrosion inhibitor on the fasteners and then cranked them in like he got paid by the ft-lb.

This, as life would have it, almost universally falls on a day I'm supposed to be pressing in the evening :aargh4:
