Yeah, it should equal close to 4 caps a day putting the 2 products together. The dosing of Tudca says not to exceed 4 caps a day, which is way more than what's in arm1carepro. Just want to be sure the liver is in good shape!Arimacarepro doesn't have enough tudca? I see you're dosing 3 more caps on top of the arimacrepro
NC.where are you from, tommurph?

Welcome Man! I think the Stenadrol is more harsh so that's why I was running it. I also have transform for any estrogen sides.Arimacrepro has a good profile. I knw it has an AI too but wasn't sure if it's strong enough for trest. I'm subbd for this to see how much AI you need to use on top of AP.
That's the money maker right there, transform.Welcome Man! I think the Stenadrol is more harsh so that's why I was running it. I also have transform for any estrogen sides.
Haha, thanks Kat, gotta blast those legs and shoulders tonight!Super arm pump day!! Killed it!
Legs and cardio are my weak points so this hits them both!I'm going to try 20's this week for squats. I owe someone 100 on top of the 100 I was already going to do. Lost a football bet. Should be fun.
Thanks, I really wanted to do 10 sets, but heart rate was really up.Definitely got your cardio in on that workout.. Nice job!
Thanks Big Ed!Looking Good, tommurph! I hate leg days, but you can't get where you want to go without them! Keep up the good work!
So true..Looking Good, tommurph! I hate leg days, but you can't get where you want to go without them! Keep up the good work!
I know man! I wish I could just put those damn Bruce Lee shocky patches on them and pump them mofo's up!So true.. Damn legs!
Now that would make life... Much easier!I know man! I wish I could just put those damn Bruce Lee shocky patches on them and pump them mofo's up!
Heck Yeah! Now that would make life... Much easier!
You would want to carb up real nice.Sorry to distract from your thread Tom, but Kleen, how to I get that nice full effect in my muscles after a long stretch of dieting?
That is if I can reach my goal of 8% in 4 weeks haha..
Nice and some of his feeder sets he does 3 sets of 30 the goals are between 50 and 100 reps in 2-3 sets each night.yes sir, bigger and stronger! Thanks for that video I like Rich's stuff. I'm going to try those feeder workouts maybe the whole cycle. I'll do my regular workout tonight, then finish up with a feeder set. Great share man!
Right on, that's what I was thinking, take the carbs down, up the fat, diet down and then pound some carbs on the last day.
MrKleen73, I would love to have day to myself and do Rich's 8 hour arm routine. That would be a fun challenge!
Yeah he is jacked everywhere and a very intelligent guy.I did biceps yesterday ,but think I'll add some bicep feeders to the end of today's shoulder workout. Looks like good stuff and that dude in that videos arms were JACKED!!
I hated them to until I learned to love them. Something so hard is extremely rewarding when you complete it with intensity. Meeting the challenge eventually becomes the reward.Looking Good, tommurph! I hate leg days, but you can't get where you want to go without them! Keep up the good work!
Good word brother! You would want to carb up real nice. Nice and some of his feeder sets he does 3 sets of 30 the goals are between 50 and 100 reps in 2-3 sets each night. Tagger Not the last day start adding carbs the day before of if you want to be sure you look your best hit up about 400 2 days before the picture then about 200 the night before the picture. Then one 90 minutes before bedtime stop drinking anything and 60 minutes before bed time have 50 grams of carbs like 4-5 ricecakes and only SIP enough water to get it down. Then about 20 minutes before bedtime put 4-5 cups of epsom salt in the tub and climb in run the water as hot as possible and get it as high as possible so you can cover your entire body and head just have your face sticking out so you can breathe. Sitr in there for 10-15 minutes submerged as possible in the middle of that time maybe let some of the water out and fill back up with more hot water. When you get out pat down with a towel, then wipe down with some alcohol take a towel to bed with you and put it under you in bed cover up and go to sleep. When you wake up you will have full muscles and have pulled all the subcutaneous water out of your skin via osmosis since the salt walter will be far less dense it pulls the water from your skin while you ar sweating and you sweat profusely because you are in water so it can not evaporate off to cool you. Instant cuts with glycogen full muscles... Yeah he is jacked everywhere and a very intelligent guy. I hated them to until I learned to love them. Haha that's funny!Damn feelings. Always getting in the way of business!! Actually I'm usually the one talking about feelings in my marriage LOL!! My poor wife.
Haha, I know, I kept yawning and yawning. LolLol that cracked me up! Good for you Tom for listening! 3 hrs is a loooong time to listen!

Yeah, I haven't got tingly, just a little shaky, like I need some juice or something. Good to hear it was negative of anything for you!Hypoglycemia feeling? That might be the same thing I get from time to time. Is it a light-headed, tingly, shaky feeling with a little sweats? Because I get that a couple times a week until I eat something quick. Had blood drawn and Dr. said it was negative for anything.
I feel like it's a diet issue. I've been under 100g of carbs a day for a few months, now I'm bulking with 3x the amount of carbs, so I feel that has something to do with it.That's definitely not a good feeling! I've had that in the past! What do you think is causing yours?
Also I've been taking these fruits and veggie caps instead of multivitamin, which may be a mistake.I feel like it's a diet issue. I've been under 100g of carbs a day for a few months, now I'm bulking with 3x the amount of carbs, so I feel that has something to do with it.

That is good to know, thanks for the input Kat!Ahh makes since! Very well could be! I have to slowly add carbs in to allow my body time to adjust!
I started doing them just because of the workout I'm going to do sunday, a 1000 rep arm blast.I totally need to work in an Arms Only workout every now and then.
yeah I was going to throw in a set like that at the end but the wife cut my session short. I'll be throwing in some of those everyday on arms to get the blood pumped in. Feeder work outs.Looks like a good arm blast, Tommurph! I bet you had a nice arm pump after that. When I do supersets, I like to throw in one extra exercise at he end doing a set of 30-40 with light weight just to blast the pump. You should try it it's great! Like maybe 30-40 of rope pressdowns and bench dips.
Yeah man! Sunday is going to be a big one!Getting your swole on with that workout!
There you are! We can roll now!In! Just cleaned the inbox out today and saw that!
Day 9
Weight 194.8
Weight is coming up, BF seems to be staying the same. Started transform yesterday, doing one pump a day after morning shower. The last 3 days I've been having a little hypoglycemia feeling at different times of the day, and today I'm noticing a little joint pain. Yesterday I upped the tr3st to 75mg, I'm wondering if I should up it to 100 and just plan on buying more. I don't mind buying more if I get more gains!
Tonight is Big Arms Night! I hope the strength starts to kick in!
You have to do a reactive test to know what is really going on there. A fasted glycogen test is only like a glycogen starter kit test. You want to do the one where you drink a sugar drink they give you then test your blood sugar levels several times over a period of time to find out how you are reacting when you are eating carbs. The fasting test just tests if your insulin can do its job by being able to clear blood sugar to normal levls when you have not eaten. It does not test for if your blood sugar is spiking and then dropping below baseline after an insulin spike. However being on cycle exacerbates that happening as you will see in my reply to Tom's post.Hypoglycemia feeling? That might be the same thing I get from time to time. Is it a light-headed, tingly, shaky feeling with a little sweats? Because I get that a couple times a week until I eat something quick. Had blood drawn and Dr. said it was negative for anything.
BINGO! Being on cycle makes you create a lot more intramuscular IGF-1 IGF-1 means INSULIN like growth factor. It pulls the sagars out of the blood poste haste. Now add to that you are suddenly taking in more carbs and releasing a lot more insulin than your body is used to and you have a situation you can go hypoglycemic relatively easy.I feel like it's a diet issue. I've been under 100g of carbs a day for a few months, now I'm bulking with 3x the amount of carbs, so I feel that has something to do with it.
You got it brother!Detailed and ****ing awesome! Thanks for the advice Kleen!
Sweetness! I love to hear that.Day 10
Today I've got that over all strong, unstoppable feeling. Just feel strong all over. It must be kicking in!
MrKleen, you sir are just f..... Awesome!!!! You are a wealth of knowledge, and thanks so much for taking the time to do such detailed responses. It is sincerely appreciated! I hopped on the glutamine yesterday just as you suggested, it really made since. I hope everything is ok with your test and you can start your cycle soon. From what I have read and seen 100-150 is the money spot if you can do it and tolerate any sides that may come along with it. That is when the big things start happening with tr3st. You have to do a reactive test to know what is really going on there. A fasted glycogen test is only like a glycogen starter kit test. Sweetness! I love to hear that. Oh by the way props to listening to the wife for 3 hours. Good to do that especially when they know you are on cycle. They are typically already looking for prick like tendencies and if you get them they tend to want to blame it all on your cycle. Then guess who doesn't get to cycle much after that... By the way the wrong response to "Since you got on that stuff you have been aggressive" Is anything that resembles "It isn't because of the cycle it is because you are being a biatch!" I have not done this but my friend who did can not cycle any more.... LMAO Sad thing is she was really being one...
^^^^^This!!! Thanks Kleen for the insight. I think I need to find out for sure what is up. I experience this feeling a couple times a week, and it is always after I have a high carb breakfast (which I have recently moved away from) of like Bran Flakes or Oatmeal. I still eat them, just later in the day closer to my workout. Since I've gone to a higher protein and fat breakfast the sensation has subsided. It is definitely carb/sugar related.
This is how I do my breakfast ever since I listen to BPak about 8 mos ago. It feels like I have control over my diet when I skip carbs in the morning.Yes you could be producing too much insulin which can clear your blood sugar very quickly after a spike. The protein and fats only breakfast is the way to go for sure! I like to avoid carbs most days all the way up into the afternoon or evening. Here is an awesome podcast you all should check out with Ben Pakulski interviewing John Kiefer who wrote Carb Back Loading. There is so much data regarding avoiding carbs in the mornings not just from these guys. It is definitely worth checking out in detail. Invalid Link Removed You are welcome in advance! You can even download it and listen during cardio or whatever.
