I I've already ran this supp for about 5 weeks before and loved it, was planning on doing a few more... I was planning on doing 8 weeks on PA, having about 3-4 weeks off and the another 8 weeks on PA, this sound any good guys? Thanks

PA doesn't need an "off" period, but the body might be acclimated to the ingredient, therefore after 12 weeks I recommend a short break/wash out period.

I don't think the body ever gets "acclimated" to it. We actually produce quite a lot of it intracellularly when we exercise.

I'll have to look into it. Obviously phosphorus plays a major role in cellular respiration, but I thought the whole thing is that PA is limited and this is why supplementation is "necessary"....

Also, I've been trying to find it to no avail, but there was a an article/research paper showing that it was ONLY lecithin from soy and not sunflower that elicited gains.

It's very likely supplemental PA works by converting to LPA and then activating ERK. We're not taking it for the phosphorous. This may explain why PS had similar results and why LPA had similar and slightly better effects on mTOR.

There is also no evidence that only soy PA works. ChemiNutra's nulled patent actually covered ALL PA regardless of source for the outlined purposes in the patent.

I couldn't find anything regarding sunflower-derived PA, but egg-derived PA didn't do too well.

Which would again suggest that we are probably not taking the stuff to saturate cell membranes since supposedly egg derived ends up getting taken up by cells as opposed to the soy derived not being easily incorporated into cells.

PS and PA both can be converted to LPA. LPA we know activates ERK which eventually activates mTOR.

Way overpriced for what you can obtain thru the use of soy lecithin...

Semi related, anyone know offhand the PA content of sunflower lecithin?

What affects are people getting and after how long? Read through threads but only find people saying it's good, but is it noticeable muscle fullness and strength? Just bought some Fearn granules to add to my shake just want to know what to expect.

Strength is very moderate and only realized over a prolonged period and even then, that's mainly only if you have a good understanding and have been tracking your rate of progress to begin with to compare and contrast.

Scale weight increase without change of diet (if you demonstrate some self control over the very possible increased hunger) and muscle fullness are what you will likely notice relatively quickly (~3 weeks or so?).

Thank you! Just what I was looking for. Just finished PCT, only dropped one pound out of ten. Just bought Fearn granules, and x-factor is in the mail. Excited now!
