another great day in the gym! Felt strong and hit one of my goals.

And these felt really good.

Side Lateral raises

Pause in the "out" position. Controlled movement and no assistance from "bounce" with legs which I see so many people do.

Front lateral raises
20 x 12
25 x 12
30 x 10
35 x 10
Performed in same manner as side laterals

Rear delt raises with chest on incline bench
25 x 12
30 x 10
35 x 10
45 x 10
Doing these on the incline bench takes the back and legs out of the movement.

Up right rows

Rear delt machine
90 x 12
120 x 10
130 x 10
150 x 8 and then I was fried

Body weight maintaining at 188 now. I also kind of carved up last night with 1 cup rice, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 cups broccoli, and a large salad. Protein was 14oz of grilled chicken. My grocery bill has skyrocketed!
 
Your raises are heavier than ****. Not surprising I guess with your press numbers.
 
Congrats on OHP PR! Freakin heavy lift young man! Your rear Delt raises are insane! Show these young ones how it's done!
 
Thanks guys! My shoulders were a weak point back in my 20's. I really worked hard on building the strength up and surprisingly I didn't lose that much strength during the 8 years I was down with back surgeries. Still not quite where I want them from a size standpoint.

I can keep up with you on the raises but you blow me away on the OHP's You're a beast! ;)

0400 yikes! I am a night owl by nature so I see 0400 more at the end of my day than at the beginning. Usually hit the gym from 8-9:30pm and don't generally go to bead until 2am. So I'm usually up around 10am on average ..... regardless I would have a hard time taking a stim break. I realize its necessary from time ......

Turff is one tough OHP lifter! I need to try out Epic, maybe add it to Stimul8! I really, really need a stim break! Lol

I thought you were supposed to, or at least it was good for tolerance, to take a break from stims every month or so. I had been through 4-5 months of Stimul8, so figured I was due.

Stimul8 hasn't failed me either. Even after months of usage, I still don't need a full scoop.

Yes he is!! You should try it!! Do 3 scoops if it's before your stim break! Lol
 
Ok, going to do a run on Clen. Just realized what I have is 200mcg/ml and I want to start at 40. Anyone know how many drops that would be? I really don't want to start at 200mcg lol.

Food porn!! A lot of food.
14oz of grilled chicken, boiled very large potato, green beans, and a salad. Beans and potatoes cooked for about 2hrs on low heat. Delicious!

Ok, Clen update:
Took 40mcg dose this morning after I did cardio and ate bfast. Here is what I noticed throughout the day.
1.Little more active
2.Didn't have the hunger at 10am like I usually do.
3.Was drinking more water than usual

After I got home did a half scoop Ignite 2 and half scoop of Stimul8 prior to doing my 2nd cardio session. May have to cut my scoops back a little bit.
Got one helluva stim buzz and sweated my *ss off on the bike for 30 minutes.
Also started getting cramps in my hands.

Took my 2nd 5gram dose of Taurine at that point and cramps went away. Apparently my body uses a lot of taurine as I cramp up easy and taurine is the only thing that helps. I usually do 2 5gram servings a day but may bump that up to 3 times a day while on the Clen.

Dose tomorrow will be 60mcg.

Dosed my Clen first thing. Then had my pre-concoction consisting of FINAFLEX BCAA/SAA, Ignite 2, Stimul8, creatrona, and Taurine. Then race to the gym. Was already feeling like a great day!

Not the volume of usual back day but sure did hit some PRs!! Today was "130" day for me. Inspired by Simon(Wasme) and Thomas(Register). I had to up my game to stay in the club...lol

Damn! Nice rowing session. I did back last night and thought I was tossing around some heavy weight until I read this. You are a true FINAFLEX FREAK ;)
