I read somewhere a long time ago it was a myth but i cant seem to find anything on it now, maybe im wrong but i didnt look that hard.
I'm fairly certain to comply with labelling laws they do need to be listed in order

Breaking news, I picked up a muscle and fitness magazine for the first time in 20 years, Worst five bucks I ever spent. Holy christ it's nothing but adds
Anyway the news is the company Epic came out with a phosphatitic acid supplement selling in GNC. I can't find a price on it though
You think it will be quality phosphatidic acid? I don't mind buying from gnc, It's a month supple but Im not going to get my hopes up. It will probably be more expensive then biotest.I think that's the Iovate brand that I think is exclusive to GNC.
Just picked up the new formula King at the Olympia for $25
oh yeah? Can't pass it up at that price, It's such a great supplement. I hope it's quality phosphatidic acid though. If they can sell it that cheap I would assume biotest will have to some down in price. Whats the full name of the place you bought it?Just picked up the new formula King at the Olympia for $25
So in parentheses the phosphatidic acid is all 1 thing correct? They are just breaking down the constituents and it's really just 2 ingredients right? Is there anyway to verify that it's soy derived?Invalid Link Removed
Here's the label from the new King if you were curious
I bought it from the cutler booth they were selling all their products for $25 (w/ free tshirt) I didn't realiZe it was the new formula until after. Yeah it's all one paranthesisoh yeah? i tablespoon soy lecithin equals: Phosphatidic Acid…………………………..640mg
Interesting...
Now brand has 31 servings for $12.
Would this be a better method of implementing PA?
I wonder...
And according to examine: Invalid Link Removed
To get 900mg of PA, one would need ~4 grams of soy lecithin.
but then where would that leave Cutler plus Biotest at their $65.00 a unit
The latest study showing that it must be from soy. Interesting to note that PS had the same effect as PA...
Don't know if this was posted yet, but here:

Yeah, noticed that. Both PS and PA can be turned into LPA. So in theory the MOA here is that they get converted to LPA and LPA in turn activates ERK which then leads to mTOR activation down the line.
Question about the lecithin is if there's any negative impact from taking large doses of lecithin daily. The second question is bioavailibility/peak concentration differences between lecithin concentrated for PA content vs PA content matched dose of regular lecithin.
I'm on my phone, but I saw somewhere that 20-25 grams has been well tolerated.

i wouldnt question bioavailability bro. lecithin is phenomenally well absorbed. drug companies litterally use phospholipids to render unabsorbable drugs absorbable.E
There's also the question of bioavailibility and peak concentration differences.
yeah, there can be. lecithin is an old school bodybuider supplement. its really high in phosphorus, but obviously the effects of too much phos, such as dissolving your bones, can be counteracted with albion calcium supplements.
lecithin can vary from brand to brand pretty drastically. some have twice the phos per serving as others. i got this solgar off the shelf and it was brown, despite being well within expiration, but the reading i posted came from a brand by quantum nutrition labs that is actually bright yellow and alot better
Clear PMsPhosphorus? That makes sense, but does the science (not you lol) show that more phosphorus = more atp?
Also, the NOW brand has ~210mg of phosphorus. RDA = 700 according to linus pauling (which is not meant for bbers), but what would be the downside of too much phosphorus? I'm sorry I haven't done that much research into it?
Lastly, did king list the amount of phosphorus per serving? Or does the phosphorus get removed when isolating PA?

looks like they're still using mediator paOk I just got word that we are able to get Cutler King back in stock as of now. Here is the info on the new formula and the price is $32.99 for a 60ct bottle. We have only a limited number at this time.

PA content: 1.2 grams
Waaaaaaaaaay cheaper than king![]()
Really considering do a 2 week wash out of my current supplementation and doing a 2 month run with this. Think about it: 2 months for 15 bucks? Worth it.
Just order it!
Patience, padawan.
I'm currently finishing up og anabeta, ep1c, cistamax and some intermittent Ara.
Like I said, mostly two weeks then I'll start it. I want the effects of these current ingredients to be fully degraded before I do this. Plus, I'd only supplement with lecithin during this trial.
no i meant I just order it lol, i woulb not order you to do so lol, 24 $ 2 bags ship to canada
What current supps are you on? What's your training like?
I'd post your findings in this thread after your first workout, and then every week, if you can that is
Also it would be interesting to stack this with PS.
