Due to recent changes in my school schedule I now have to workout in the morning.
I was just wondering in regards to vitamins and supplements what i should take in the morning, and what not to take.
I usually take a ton of my vitamins for the day in the morning so if you could offer some insight for me that would be great.
this is what i plan on taking tomorrow morning,
multi vitamin
b12 complex
d3 2000 ui
creatine
l-carnitine
+ 4 eggs wait 30-45 take pre workout and hit the gym, i just dont want any of the vitamins to be conterintuitive to getting a solid pump
any other suggestions?
what is killing me though is the fish oil. i normally take that in the morning and i know its super important for recovery and a lot of other functions.
how long should i wait to take it post work out?
