Gotta love Costco. I usually go with Cytosport chocolate whey. 6lbs for $47.95 Sucks for the Vitamin Shoppe around the corner ;) With times being as tight as they are you gotta find the deals wherever you can. Hell I even looked into some of the super bulk protein packages available online. 50lb and 100lb packages for a pretty good deal. Just not sure how it would taste and don't really feel like being stuck with a sh*t ton of crappy tasting protein if I end up not liking it. So for the time being Costco is it for me

Depends if you want the pump or not. I regularly see Finaflex Stimul8 for like $20 and all I need is half a scoop to a scoop. Like 60 servings at half a scoop and that gets me going pretty good. C4 does have nitrates in it which are my favorite for pumps

FINAFLEX Stimul8 is 40 servings per container so at half a scoop, which is all I use also, you get 80 servings. And NutraPlanet has it on sale right now with some extra freebies!
 
Well, add another to using Stimul8 at 1/2 scoop. The tub seems to last me forever.

Heck I'm 51 and a stim junky but Stimul8 is a different animal. Now, I do mix a full scoop of Ignite 2 with the Stimul8 but it's not a heavy stim product.

Damn strong shoulders .... those heavy OHP's and you are doing upright rows !! My shoulders can't handle upright rows anymore and my OHP's usually run in the 135lb for 10 reps area. Must be another symptom of being an older lifter ;) 43yrs old

People go too heavy with them. It's really not a natural movement. I've had the impingement several times. It's not fun and takes forever to get healed on your own. A chiro who is sports minded can relieve it pretty quickly. At least the one I saw did.
 
Suffering from impingement issues right now. And perhaps some shoulder muscle strain from way too much volume. Took a week off .... hated it but so far its been somewhat helpful. Gonna start back today with a lower body workout and then probably lay off the shoulders and heavy bench for a few weeks longer. This sucks !!! and it does seem to take a long time to heal any shoulder injury ..... just have to keep reminding myself that a few weeks off now to prevent more serious injury is much better than 6 months off from pushing it and causing serious harm. Been searching the internet like mad for ways to speed up the healing process .... didn't have issues like this when I was younger :(

I couldn't agree more about the meadows rows. I love em.
 
Gotta love those Meadow's Rows ! ;) I too added them to my routine about a month ago and have really seen the difference. Just a slight variation in rowing angle and that's all it takes .... hitting the muscles in a different fashion than standard db rows or bb rows makes a big difference.
