Lol actually I get a thorough physical every year, and I've been married to the same woman the last 9, so I'm pretty sure I can say that's not it. lolmetabolism could be increased - you been eating more, looks pretty damn clean too, and training has been frequent and intense could be a metabolism increase....that's just quite a bit of weight-loss, and it's not like you were using wet compounds during cycle that would be conducive to "fast water loss" afterwards.. OR - you may just want to get tested for aids :dunno: try increasing the cals again, another couple hundred daily

exactly, that's the average normpretty self conscious about eating clean. Guys at work hate it. They go out and get pizza, burgers, fried foods, etc and then say they need to go to the gym one of these days.
The 2 a days don't happen very often, once or twice a week. I cut my cardio way down, twice a week on my rest days.Not sure of anyone that doesn't use straps on Meadows Rows. Almost impossible to have a heavy grip on the end of an olympic bar. There go my knees again... Interesting about the weight loss. I am not keeping track but how often you doing those two a days. That could account for a major increase in expenditure, because you don't exactly take it easy lol.

I added a couple tablespoons of peanut butter along with a protein shake as an after lunch snack!If you are concerned and don't want the weight loss, increase fat intake. Carbs work too of course but increasing them can also increase metabolism further

It's been hard for me recently too, and right now I'm only at 2600 on lifting days trying to lean out a little. What are your macros looking like? Looking solid Turff. Your body looks symmetrically fluid; like none of your muscle groups are lacking from another. I have zero intentions if ever competing, but I've been trying to get the posing down too. I dunno why; and, I can't pose. Lol

Right now I'm at 21% on fats but have another 300+ cals to fit in. So here in a few I'll make a shake and have some cashews and pecans.Sometimes it takes that. I just recently lowered my fats to around 30g, 15-20%, and my carbs are higher than ever. Hoping I don't blow up. Lol

I think those come from the hundreds of crunches I use to do every day. When I was in the army I could knock out 100 sit-ups in the allotted 60 seconds. Yeah, I've always been blocky, even my head! LolLooking good! The blocky ab look is much better looking than the girly rounded 6 pack look! Lol
