Need to figure out how to delete pics like that! Anyway to make that a protein Cake with protein icing??? Or is just close your eyes and act like it's protein!

Make for one heckuva cheat meal, the whole cake!
 
Definitely gotta close your eyes and pretend it's protein! Lol Just 1/2 the top layer would easily be 5000 calories or more! O.o You'd look like this afterwards...

Allergy headache kept me out if the gym this morning. Can't remember the last time I had back to back days off.

I'm still playing around with OTCs. Zyrtec is ok but works about as good as generic Wal-Fex (which is WAY cheaper), but they aren't perfect. Claritin doe absolutely nothing for me. And there is another generic I've tried that's so-so.

The whole allergy thing is only a couple years old for me, so I don't have it pegged exactly what works and when it flares up. Thankfully I have the Rx eye drops though.

It will do you good... rest/recovery and then crush it. Hope you feel better brother.

I have to work Saturday, so I'll just make up the day that morning. Thanks Simon.

Headache is gone and my nasal passages are opening. No matter what, back at it tomorrow.

Had some pan seared fish tacos in a spinach wrap mixed with jasmine rice and pinto beans. So, so good. I went over my rest day calories, but oh well.

I actually thought about taking a picture but we were mid convo in a serious discussion with kiddo about his school studying, or lack there of.

I have never had a fish taco. Are they really that good?

Well, it's food. I wouldn't put it in my top 10, but it's yummy. I've had some at restaurants that are terrible too, though.

I don't normally eat them. I was planning on having chicken wraps but decided I should try and save the chicken for work Saturday and eat fish at home. Don't want my work car smelling like fish...

If it doesn't sound good to you then you may not care for them.

I think they are amazing! One of my favorite things! I don't care for them at restaurants but cover them in some nice spicy goodness with crunchy coleslaw and I'm happy!!! :)

I was going to do one more set of the twists, followed by sprints, but my phone was acting stupid and it really ticked me off. So I was stuck with the 80s music because I was too stubborn to play a song that I have saved on my phone.

Have to agree with Turff, those two days off have served you well. Solid session.

I felt well rested and, I'm not gonna lie... I was disappointed that after two days off I had to start back with a routine that meadows has kept identical for 6 or more weeks. My mind was in it though.

Thomas, you've been subjecting your body to some heavy and voluminous workouts. It's just asking for a little rest. You will be back to normal soon.
