TGR's Cheetos Chraining

I always find the day after legs and I go for my run, to start with they are sore as hell, but the more blood gets flowing the better and it drastically helps the recovery.

Same here. I'll ride my bike or go running to loosen everything up and get the blood flowing

Yes, they are. I like most of his movies...at least the funny ones. I'm not too big on his suspense type films--just a little to creepy. Lol

For sure. I have never seen any of the "Pirates..." movies he is in, but from most of the others - I do find him to be a pretty good actor.

I actually really enjoyed the 1st Pirates of the Caribbean movie. The other ones were ok.

I take 2 in the am. And 2 in the evening. The ones from Controlled Labs Oxy omegas or something like that. The timing for me is simply based on convenience.

I take two to four at night so that I don't get bad breath.

No, no burps either. I keep them refrigerated, hence why I do the morning and evening.

I wonder why this only effects me? I don't get burps, but my wife says my breath smells fishy afterwards.

It's usually how they process the fish oils...look on the label for the "no fish burp" or the enteric-coated fish oils...they don't digest in your stomach they make it further into your intestines so you don't get that effect.

Well, I took a video of one of my sets of banded bench today from a spare iPhone. multiple attempts to load it to YouTube failed, and it also will not load to Instagram. I try to share the photo with this iPhone, but it would only share in the sharing Center which will not load to YouTube. Instagram can access it, but Instagram will not upload it. So far, I hate this iOS8.

Oh, it's not allowing me to copy from Jefit either. It still has my workout from Sunday saved to the clipboard.

Try closing the camera app before uploading. Copy from JeFit by starting sync then press "View Progress Online". The website opens. Go to logs and highlight workout. Copy. Go to AM app and paste. You will see the pasted workout looks terrible. Post it to AM anyways. Go to AM post and you'll notice it's all in text. Just edit text and repost. Whew!

Even though I didn't hit the incline pr, I still was kinda expecting one on Flat Banded. I just felt really good today.

Yep, as has been said congrats on the awesome PR. DB's always wear me out. You typically go deeper with those than a bar(I seem to anyway). They feel great too. One heckuva chest work out Tom! Time to pick the 100's and go for a pr again in a couple weeks, right?

So glad I didn't update my phone yet! Figured that would happen.

I take 6 caps(2, 3x/day) of an Omega 3-6-9 blend of fish, flax & borage seed oil. There's more essential omegas than fish alone can provide....just sayin'.

Lol...I saw "form check" and just figured you wanted form checked on you laying down! IG only let's you select 15 seconds. You can slide it over to select the part you want.

That's a pretty awesome set of lifts there.
On pull-ups I can get 12 on first set then it goes down about 4 every set afterwards. They kill my shoulders though. I don't even try to do more than 1 set any more.

Nice numbers on those deadstops! And pullovers too... you are making progress by leaps and bounds my friend.

Thanks guys. Had fun on everything today, except the pull-ups and deads... Shiz will get real when I get my stimul8 in.
