For sure. I have never seen any of the "Pirates..." movies he is in, but from most of the others - I do find him to be a pretty good actor.

I take 2 in the am. And 2 in the evening. The ones from Controlled Labs Oxy omegas or something like that. The timing for me is simply based on convenience.

It's usually how they process the fish oils...look on the label for the "no fish burp" or the enteric-coated fish oils...they don't digest in your stomach they make it further into your intestines so you don't get that effect.

Try closing the camera app before uploading. Copy from JeFit by starting sync then press "View Progress Online". The website opens. Go to logs and highlight workout. Copy. Go to AM app and paste. You will see the pasted workout looks terrible. Post it to AM anyways. Go to AM post and you'll notice it's all in text. Just edit text and repost. Whew!

Yep, as has been said congrats on the awesome PR. DB's always wear me out. You typically go deeper with those than a bar(I seem to anyway). They feel great too. One heckuva chest work out Tom! Time to pick the 100's and go for a pr again in a couple weeks, right?

I take 6 caps(2, 3x/day) of an Omega 3-6-9 blend of fish, flax & borage seed oil. There's more essential omegas than fish alone can provide....just sayin'.

On pull-ups I can get 12 on first set then it goes down about 4 every set afterwards. They kill my shoulders though. I don't even try to do more than 1 set any more.
